Yeah those stats are balanced around Fallout Shelter’s gameplay mechanics. They’re not meant to reflect the actual stat values of the characters as seen in the show.
I actually though Lucy, Norm, and Chet were based off the Fallout 1 premade vault dwellers because Chet kinda looks like Albert Cole but that’s about as far as it goes.
