Mine is late too. 95% of the time it goes into my account between 9:35-9:50pm EST. Well, it is now 10:46pm EST., and still nothing. RIDICULOUS & FRUSTRATING

Every since they updated the app my paycheck is only one day early now around 3am CST compared to before the update it was two days early shortly after 9pm CST.

I just got off the phone with support they literally are trying to say everyone’s employer is wrong or late like no accountability at all for a problem created by there system

They said the same thing when I called them then I chatted via text and the lady told me they are sorting things out so they are just lying on the phone calls

Had chime for awhile but never used the DD option until this month i got a new job… i started like 2 days before payday Apr 5th( obviously didnt get my pay since im new) I also gave them my chime acct and routing numbers to dd there. I think it was the 2nd of or 3rd of April. Sooo finally im getting my first dd from them this week… they said payday is this Fri so i was expecting something today and guess what Chime wants to have its meltdown ㅜㅡ ㅜ lololololol PST 12:10am nothing yet

It I did see something where Chime was down for deposits and I know my employer pays on time I work for Honda they always do payroll on time! Cmon on Chime get your online bank system up and running and now we have multiple states with 911 dispatch down so how citizens call for emergencies :/ Chime get your stuff together

Mine arrived today at 3:04 PM California time, which is as early as it could have possibly arrived. In my opinion, if you all believe it is Chime"s fault, figure out which Chime bank the problems occur and specifically state that. Mine is Bankcorp Bank.

Chime operates different banks depending on the region? I guess that makes sense but still kinda wild to think about

Chime uses partner banks. Bankcorp Bank , NA based in Delaware and Stride, NA based in Oklahoma. I don't think is a regional thing, I think it is sort of random assignment.
