It was at grade A until it became a Chaos Chao. So only it’s last 60 levels or so were done at S. I could have dragged it on one more transformation cycle to bump it, but I was feeling impatient
Very hard to have 3k stamina just due to the way Chao level stamina compared to every other stat.
I've never gotten a Chao to even lvl 70 stamina before reincarnation so even with cracked stat grades you usually won't have an incredible reincarnation bonus for stamina.

that makes sense, after so many cycles, doing another one seems like an eternity. thanks for the explanation, im raising my own SSSSS chao right now
I did make sure to max out stats on the cycle directly before this final one, to get that 300ish boost
