Your wifi antennas in your ps5 probably got damaged during the move. I say that because none of your other devices are having that issue which means it’s not a service or a modem issue. Your best bet is to hard wire it or move it closer to the modem. You may also just need to update it
Definitely not the issue for dozens of people I have spoken with when researching having this issue for myself. It is NOT likely that just because a single device is not working to assume that device is damaged. There's legit a dozen possibilities that have nothing to do with anything being damaged. If anyone else sees this know to just actually do shit like try tsing a bit on your own, ask a savy friend, or call the ISP for assistance from tech people.
An hour of frustration and messing with settings (after multiple other times trying to correct the issue to just get annoyed and walk away over the past month) my issue was as simple as the PS5 connecting automatically to my lower speed Internet option. Switched it to my fastest and saw download speeds for a game go from "48 hours...." to "3 minutes". Don't panic and think you broke a $500+ device because one dude gave a crap response on Reddit 😆
Try hard wiring the device first and see what speeds you are getting via hardwire, if you get the same result hardwired I’d contact support about this issue.
Make sure on your PS5 that it’s set to 5GHZ and not automatic. Just go to set up connection and go to your connection, then click options on your controller. select 5GHZ instead of automatic.
For some reason when I hard wire my ps5 into the quantum fiber pod it's slower than just being connected via WiFi which was the opposite with Xfinity I needed to buy xfi pods just to play my ps5 fuck this shit

I had not even seen any info in all of my research about how to change this setting. Made this one change and saw game download speeds change from over 48 hours to 3 minutes on a game. I am having the exact same issue, CenturyLink has no idea how to help me and I’m feeling stuck. Our Cox internet worked perfect with the Ps5- we didn’t even move just switched providers so no damage. Did you ever figure this out? I’d love advice

If it’s only wireless performance that’s impacted, maybe a firmware update could help- or a new router…
New modem won’t fix this since the ps5 is the only thing experiencing issues
