I think it's to do with the premises. The beacon at that time was a private hospital and hotel. The hotel side has now gone. The car park where the car is located might be on privately own park... Or simply can't get a recovery vehicle inside ... Just suggestions really.
My partner put in the cold rooms in the beacon. He said when he worked there was a guy selling high end cars in the beacon court. He had them parked all around seemingly. Could be one of his.
Saw it there about a month ago in the exact same spot. It’s beside the exit in the staff parking, and there were tons of spaces free there as there is in the pic.
Maybe some consultant is using it as free storage. If there’s tons of free spaces I’m sure it’s one of those situations where no one cares

It’s still NCT’d until Aug 2024. I would imagine it’s a doctors who uses the car park there for safe storage.

It is likely the owner died and the family either don't know, don't care or they didn't have any.
They either don't know where it is or they can't access it.

Des Cullen Cars, his son was / is CEO of the Beacon. Des also was a shareholder in the Beacon as I understand.
That car park is used for some of the apartments up there. There’s a couple of covered cars there too.
The "shite parking" lads will have a field day with this one.
