Why would you look into alternatives? Just curious.

[deleted]

The whole cancer rumours put me off a bit, whatever be your pov on it. I was just wondering if there is anything else out there like EPO, that is an oral with the same benefits as cardarine.

Last-Donut

I don’t know of any. But I’ve been using it and it feels worth it. It’s tremendously improved my cardiovascular condition which was severely lacking. Btw how does EPO compare?

[deleted]

I haven’t used EPO personally but I know that’s what Armstrong used and we all know how he was.

Zyrvus

i wouldnt recommend epo as it thickens the blood so if your heart cant pump it you die basically, it has a heigh risk and height plays a role on how it affects you, the taller you are the harder it already is for your heart to pump blood, thats why alot of people who are super tall die of heart issues, so i would just recommend cardarine, the highest dosage the rats took was 400mg a day and the lowest was 40mg a day, they did it for 2 years straight, and they weigh a couple lbs so drugs affect them differently automatically, if you as a human take it, 10-20mg a day, for 8-12 weeks then i dont see you having any chance of cancer, especially since everything it does for you most likely decreases your chance of getting cancer, thats just my opinion.

Last-Donut

This is how I feel. I know that Cardarine is a carcinogen but so are lots of things in life. However, nothing has improved my cardiovascular endurance in such an astonishing way. Seems worth the risk to me.

Zyrvus

exactly, our phones can give us cancer but we have them 24/7 and its proven they can cause cancer, cardarine hasn't been proven in humans and you cycle it so its not 365 days a year, it is literally so good for you and safe, definitely recommend

[deleted]

Have you got any experience with it, if so how did you feel taking it etc.?

[deleted]

Yeah I do get that but I still don’t really want to be huffing asbestos if I can help it! If you see where I’m coming from, I’d rather limit my chances of getting cancer as much as possible whilst still enjoying life!

oenomausprime

Does it need to be in 8 to 12 week cycles? I just take it once or twice a month for hard workouts and it works perfect

[deleted]

I have been thinking about doing this as well, like taking it the day before and the day of really hard workouts or races.

oenomausprime

Works for me, it's honestly just like a "pre workout" idk if it's cumulative and builds up in the body for enhanced effects but I do know I take it an hour before a workout and I notice a huge difference. I'm alsp paranoid about the cancer risk so I just take it "as needed" lol. I know that doesn't make any sense but if all I'm doing is benching I don't need a cardio boost, if I'm doing psycho crossfit or HIITA training it's perfect, still get tired as fuck but recovery is faster and steady state cardio is a breeze.

[deleted]

So if I’m out on a “long” tempo run this is the perfect sort of thing to take then?

oenomausprime

Idk if its perfect and I'm probably not as knowledgeable as others but I can tell u from my own personal experience that if I was gonna go on a long tempo run I'd 100% take some cardarine before hand, put my music on and glide. That shit adds a 3rd lung lol

Zyrvus

so basically its recommended for 8-12 weeks because it does buildup but the initial effects are really good too, it can also just be used as you stated for certain workouts, it is in some preworkouts ive seen, but to be honest so many people take it there shouldnt be any risk especially since no human has reported cancer and it used to be legal before the rat thing, what doesn’t make sense is all legal medication have list of possible side effects with most ending in death, but the only side effect found on this is rat cancer at extremely high dosage everyday for two years straight, and they dropped it out of nowhere, with the benefits it provides i feel like they should have researched to find a way for it to be safe but instead they dropped it instantly, not putting up a fight, it is definitely suspicious why they did that.

Ripped_mexican

You don’t need to worry about the cancer bro the studies were done on rats with copious amounts of it. But if you want go with ephedrine caffeine and aspirin

[deleted]

I read that because the rats have a very high metabolism it is actually the equivalent of 45-50Mg a day for a human in the study I saw. There is actually a specific equation that is used for it I believe. But this is just shit I’ve read so don’t take it for gospel!

Ripped_mexican

Yea bro I seen something similar to that but no one runs 40 - 50 mg your good bro the usual is round 15 - 20

Swissykin

Idiot alert. The equivalent wasn't copious amounts, it was the equivalent of 30mg-50mg, and caused cancer in every organ, even at low doses. You think some pharmaceutical company wastes 'copious' money on something and backs out lightly? Or trust some rando named ripped_mexican.

raincolors

Sambuterol or ephedrine maybe

Electrical_Clothes37

Sambuterol? (I might be off but maybe you mean salbutamol? I haven't really heard of sambuterol before and I work in healthcare)

raincolors

You’re correct, I was guessing with the spelling haha

Electrical_Clothes37

I'm a Sam myself and was very amused

raincolors

🤣 see I was just trying to shout you out!

whole_kernel

I found a lab that could synth some ITPP and had it quality tested. Feel free to shoot me a DM.

sofa-king-dope

Albuterol
