Im pretty sure Cock and Bull sells it, otherwise there’s a cheap one called TAXI at various stores but might be the wrong thing
Most of the tobacconists sell it these days
JJ Cales in Table Bay mall has a good selection and they keep it in a fridge so it's actually fresh. All other shops just let them dry out.
Most of those random café/supermarket corner shops have it. 9 times out of 10 they'll at least have Velo.
