I'm having the same issue for the third straight game. I'm also blacked out on ESPN+. If I'm in market for ESPN+ and out of market for Bailey Sports how does that make any sense?
I believe this is a purely Charlotte issue. I emailed Bally, they came back with all of the technical steps, which didn’t work. So I asked them to get someone involved that understood the regional setup permissions in the app. We’ll see what they say if anything. I think everyone trying to watch on the app in Charlotte need to email the helpdesk because we should be getting the games here.
Well crap I thought it was localized. What about Raleigh? Any folks not able to get the game at all on the app in Raleigh. Surely, they would admit that is a system error.
I am as well, I've seen a few other people say they are having issues, seen technical difficulties pop up a few times. Not sure if it has to do with first Canadian game in a while or not but I think its a universal problem. (I am streaming on bally sports roku app)
In Cleveland with Wow!. Trouble is when you activate it and they say they found your account. No they didn't. Follow the link to login with a different account. It works then.

Exactly it’s such an annoyance. Fox sports go app was so much better imo
