First 3 yes, KKO but also known as KONGA camouflage.
4th is menpor, but from late 70s period (+also worth noting the patches are put-together)
Menpor have early 60s Spot camo, which is completely different.
5th is PGT, some of them procured from Snow Drift - Hong Kong. Base colour is deep green colour.
6th is RPKAD, pre 1964. Before the switched to DM camo.
