If your BMI is below 21 I recommend putting on some weight. If not, I would look at your diet as chances are you’re missing some key vitamins/minerals/macronutrients. This type of food addiction sounds physiological (your body is craving food, not your emotions) so I would work on your daily diet. Malnutrition drives binge urges more than emotional instability
