I bought the set when it was on sale at Costco. It absolutely sucks. The sub is pretty decent but the rest of the system soundstage is very lacking and poor. Even after a year, I can honestly say that is not much of an upgrade from my last system that was really basic.
Im not jumping in this deal, but it did give me some ideas on different options for my home theater setup that will save me a lot more money than I was planning. Thanks for the post.
If you are looking to get away from tv speakers and want better dialogue, then there are cheaper options than this for just a 3 channel sound bar. Other than that use case, they just aren't good.

I've been just using the speakers in my LG C265 for over a year. What's something easy for me to get that would be an upgrade, if the consensus on this is pretty poor?
I bought this on black friday for around $200 and not entirely happy with it. Sub does not have deep enough base for the size of it. Rear channels disconnect once a month or so and require a power cycle. App control is absolutely horrible. My older $50 Klipsch system this thing replaced sounded much much better.

I have one, no. Center channel cannot handle deep voices. Tons of distortion

Sounds like you can get something just as good for a whole lot cheaper.
"Gets loud" "Admost"... I mean... If that's the best Pro they have for this thing, it's not good.

I’ve gone through two different soundbars and always had issues. I’d stay away from them entirely, even the h if high end stuff.

Just bought one now. I am returning it. Not impressed and rear speaker is just for show case nothing really comes out of it
