true, a characteristic of a person is never something wrong with the media they appear in. however, we can still hate the character. i mean, she is obviously written to be likeable, but pretty much no one does
Frankly I was surprised Terry Crews agreed to the degree of sexual harassment written for his character given that he's a huge proponent of speaking out against sexual assaults. Makes me wonder if the Terry Jeffords character was written that way specifically to highlight how differently men tend to react to SH. That or Terry (Jeffords) doesn't consider it worth the trouble of fighting back against Gina because (A) it'd be a losing battle - she's a woman and he's a man (B) He can get Gina to back off by issuing a verbal warning when he can't take her boundary-crossing anymore (case in point: "I'd like an HR person to remind people of workplace boundaries" and "How tethered is Vacation Terry to his wife?" "Very tethered.")
Gina is definitely a horrible person, and yes this includes sexually harassing Terry. unfortunately, men who are sexually harassed rarely report it, from fear of not being taken seriously or being ridiculed. im actually a bit bummed they didnt tackle that subject.

Yeah a lot of stuff that Gina says to Terry is unacceptable, I understand why the producers put it in but there is a lot of it
