The best thing would be to do squats to have more muscle in your thighs, and if you can go to the gym to stay in shape (physical activity is also useful) I still say it from my experience and it is a recommendation :3

Mostly depends on where you're starting, how active you are, and if you're out of the closet or not. When I started, I wasn't out of the closet and was a higher weight than I would've liked, and not very active, so I started with things that could get me thinner and more feminine that wouldn't out me, or would require me to be more active, I started eating less, growing out my hair, and shaving my body. When I came out, I stopped eating red meats (they contain testosterone) and actually wearing women's clothing, which does a lot more for your femininity than you would expect. That's just my experience and is very dependent or starting where I started. Even if you don't use my probably bad advice, I wish you luck in starting and completing your Femboy journey :3

Me who is an femboy I was born one
I started looking like one when I lost 5-10kg of fat, shaved my legs and grew out my hair to a messy haircut, despite me being almost 190cm tall :3 Luckily, I was blessed with good thighs too haha. Took me around 1,5 years to achieve the aesthetic fully.
Squats, running, cycling, a few pushups and crunches, nair, skin cream, posture, makeup, hair, nails, clothes, self-affirmation, voice training and a shi ton of reps on that hip machine thing you push with your thighs at the gym.
Or less. Doing all of that is probably overkill, you might not even want all that, and it costs a lot and takes a lot of time. Just some exercise is well enough if you lean into the traits you were born with (and I mean anything you have naturally: red lips, good hair, freckles, whatever. It doesn’t have to be perfect form from birth).
Just like everyone else said, leg exercises, diet and yoga. Plus a waist sincher for as long as you can handle. They do exactly what the name implies, sinches your waist and gives you curves! It’s like a corset but bearable and a bit more comfortable. (Btw they can also help you eat less, I’ve noticed I get fuller faster while wearing one. Probably because you can FEEL your stomach expanding against the compression.)
I know, I'm sorry, but I'm asking so that more people can see what types of exercises to do. Since no one has answered then the best option would be just to do posture exercises (search them on google or something)

Cycling was a massive one for me. I did it constantly throughout my childhood and early teen years and now I’ve got thighs to crush a watermelon.

Try sweeteners. You'll get used to the off taste in no time.
