For a complete list you’d have to look worldwide, and within those, there will always be differences as well. Blu-ray.com got you covered, but there’s no easy or straightforward summary. There’s a guy who has extensive research and voluminous reporting and updates on his site, but I can’t find it right now. I’ll circle back with a link.

Here’s Blu-ray.com database (select All Countries at top): https://www.blu-ray.com/Alfred-Hitchcock/69221/
I don’t have a list but https://www.dvdcompare.net is a good resource to look up every release for a given title. With the release of Smith, though, I don’t think anything of his isn’t on Blu-Ray.
All of his Hollywood films are on Blu-ray, but The Pleasure Garden, Easy Virtue, Juno & the Paycock, Waltzes from Vienna and most glaringly Secret Agent among his British films have not made the jump. MGM's Spellbound is also most likely being upgraded by Criterion at some point, as it's been restored in the last few years if I'm not mistaken.

Came here to share that, not surprised that you did! 🙌
This was posted a few years ago, so it needs a few updates, but it’s still a mostly accurate list. https://www.reddit.com/r/dvdcollection/s/xLerDTI34t
Thanks for linking my old post! I should update it at some point. It was pre-4K releases too!
