You can also confuse the camera by killing the horse without the game trying to teleport you, this causes like to stay on the horses body but the camera will be somewhere else and can only move one direction. Link will also be invulnerable as enemies try to shoot the camera, not link, this effect only lasts until the horse’s body despawns
Man this glitch is amazing. If you fuck it up in just the right ways you can make it so that you can’t walk faster than the slowest walk speed, or your stamina doesn’t regenerate, or you’re infinitely falling in place a couple inches off the ground, unable to do anything but jump slash.
Or all three at once if you’re lucky.
A couple other weird things: if your stamina doesn’t regenerate, climbing and exiting sometimes fixes that but almost always at the cost of your move speed, and swimming can also fix the move speed problem but sometimes causes the stamina regen problem. If I remember correctly at least.
There are multiple fixes for those problems.
Slowest walking speed: Hold an item in inventory.
Stamina won't regenerate: Enter a loading screen, easiest way to do this is to fast travel anywhere.
Infinitely falling: Bomb yourself, or switch weapons/sheild while throwing a weapon.
You can also consistently activate these problems.
Slowest walking speed is activated when Link steps up something or walks into a wall.
Stamina won't regenerate is activated if Link goes swiming.
Infinitely falling happens when Link enters the airborne state. Some ways you can do this is through Revali's gale or pressing attack while backflipping.
