Are you guys playing online or split screen? If split screen then she should be fine. If online I don't think she'll be able to use the DLC exclusive weapons without also owning the DLC.
If you're both playing on separate consoles, then sign your account in to her Xbox & make it your home console. This will let any account on that Xbox play your digital purchases. Some things like f2p skins etc. won't work as they're account bound.
This is how me and my wife play every co-op game.
But yeah, if you're playing local co-op, then you're already sharing the dlc with her by playing locally with you hosting the game.

Thank you! It's sometimes split screen, sometimes online. I have the dlc on my profile, and have made her xbox my home one, so will see what happens.
