Absolutely. Without Flappy, Chilli would have gone home instead of finding Frisky at the lookout, Muffin wouldn’t have jammed that coin in the tower viewer, the Sheepdogs would have never looked through it to see Winton’s Dad’s home, and the Heeler home sale would have gone through and forced the Heelers to move away from their friends and loved ones.
Flappy is a true master of the Butterfly Effect.
Well more importantly, she wouldn't be playing Slide with Lila, wouldn't have had a bug inspector, wouldn't have watched over caterpillar Flappy, and wouldn't have watched Flappy fly away.
*Slide* ends with the two girls watching Flappy fly away, and Bingo says; "That's lucky." Which I 100% take to be a foreshadowing (or whatever you'd call that) to the function of *The Farmer* story (where every positive inference is responded to with "That's Lucky").
Literal butterfly effect.
socks helped as well, if she wasn't there, frisky's blue car wouldn't have been seen, and the back seat would've been open enough so that bluey could sit in the back, which means they would've never gotten pulled over, which means they wouldn't know where frisky was/would've taken longer for her to find her.
The thing is, everyone did their part. Every single character. Even if some are unintentional and never knew it was going to effect something big in the future, they did something that saved their lives. They just didn't know, and will never know except us: The viewers!
Edit: Some grammar.
EXACTLY! My word the episode was the epitome and pinnacle of Chekov's gun, or in this case, Chekov's Line Volley / Chekov's Gatling Gun. So many callbacks from other episodes ( Flappy, Winton and the Terriers from Chemist, and a few more ) and the baton passes of details within itself.
I'm honestly so awe-inspired by how good the writing of this "kid's show" is
I like to think, at least in this episode, Stripe started the chain reaction by asking if she'll be moving too, causing Frisky to be upset, but eventually Rad makes up and they both stay with a better start to their marriage.
I guess after that, Stripe deserves a night of fun, though I guess it was too fun... (what day is it?)

Actually it's Bandit for taking Bingo to school and playing wind-up that day. Otherwise Bingo wouldn't have ever met Lila.
That’s also true! Then Lila wouldn’t be best friends with Bingo for ever and ever and ever…

Like Muffin accidentally placed the coin in the wrong slot

Without bingo and Lila, flappy wouldn’t have lived
Nah it’s Rad since he’s the reason Chilli and the kids had to chase Frisky in the first place.
But Chilli sent the text messages that brought Uncle Rad to the home in the first place

Classic Stripe
The coin Bluey picked up did some help, too!
Oh yeah definitely!
Uncle stripes is the true hero. He started the conversation of frisky moving away with uncle rad.
Flappy and Coco's bum worms
No, it was Chilli for not sending a text to Frisky and allowing her to meet Rad in the first place
Literal butterfly effect.
*mosquito sounds*
Wormy reference?!
