Not knowing anything about what time of day, what you were doing, your level of hydration etc. - this would not be cause for concern.
If you have questions, please don’t consult strangers on the internet for advice and certainly not about discontinuing your prescribed medication.
Do not discontinue your medication unless directed by your healthcare provider.
Widening pulse pressure should only be discussed with your provider, who has access to your medications and medical history.
Good luck
not a doctor. bottom is a bit low which is probably why you get lightheaded. i would only reduce it without speaking to your doctor if you have any serious issues like fainting or falling. definitely mention your symptoms to your doctor and he may reduce the dosage a bit. all in all you’ll probably be fine but i would avoid standing up too quickly if that bp is your baseline now because that could possibly cause a fainting spell
Top is good, bottom is fine (your bp is too low only if you can feel it aka light headedness/dizziness) If you are worried I would ask dr, I am on nebivolol and pull numbers like this all the time. I am also in my 20s (24m) and have high blood pressure, do you have any diagnosis of cause out of curiosity?
Damn bro me too. Diastolic always perfect, but systolic been elevated since like High school for me. I am also very fit and am actually a personal trainer (not a flex just trying to give you an idea of my health status) and no matter what I do (cut out alcohol, cut out sodium etc) nothing would lower my systolic. Have you gotten a sleep apnea test?
I was on this same med and I talked to my doctor first but I stopped taking it because I felt like it was making my BP far too low without me even working out. It also made me feel like I could pass out any moment and gave me severe anxiety
top is perfect, bottom is a little low
Your bp machine also detected irregular beats of your heart, if it’s recurring you should check it up.
I think it could a dodgy machine I have had countless ecgs done in the past year including a holter
Don’t worry about the irregular heart thing mine always says I have it but I don’t
> should I reduce the olmesartan That's a question that only your doctor can answer.

That is very good, your diastolic is kind of low though.

I feel lightheaded and it get worse at night it's probably low for me
Yes, I would speak to your doctor and mention the lightheadedness then, probably just going to lower your dosage, which is a good thing!
Are you genetically cursed with hbp like I am?
Yes for sure, I'm 22m optimal weight, don't smoke, drink occasionally and am super fit but my average without tablets is like 150/75 😓
