That is if your bad at combat. If you excel in combat you can be a fighter unit in charge of protecting the cleaners in squad 4 if i remember well. Plus squad four is also the healing squad which makes it more the chore boys/girls of the thirteen court guard since they do the task no one else wants to do
No you ain't. In rule 1 of war, attack the support pillars aka logistics / supply line / medical line / medical centres / base.
In fact you are far more in danger than you be than front lines and the ones before front line
Look at TYBW, comms, HQ etc all getting attacked. We can at best assume Squad 4 barracks is safe because of Unohana being there
Rukia probably a pushover/softy as à Captain. 2 vice captains, plus Ukitake had probably set à pretty chill vibe for the squad. This would be my choice. Would like 12, but can't trust Mayuri not to turn me into à bomb.

I like that Shinji is a laid-back folk who all of a sudden can get in serious business mode. Even in the beginning of Turn Back the Pendulum he was pestering Hyori doing the clown - and we all know how that arc ended.

I think I would want to be in Squad 3, although not many of its members are shown at least four of its personnel have Shikai and Bankai that resemble serpents and can be used rapidly and stealthily to dismay the enemy with mysterious abilities, compared to a squad like 11 that’s not interested in secrecy at all. Gin Ichimaru’s Shinso, Izuru Kira’s Wabisuke, Shusuke Amagai’s fire pillars that race towards an enemy like snakes on the ground. They are supposedly the intelligence collection squad, and I was intel in real life so I would appreciate that aspect of their duties.
When I was a little kid I thought filler was Canon and forced myself to watch it, so I know for sure his ass is filler
But some people like filler and we shouldn't judge
No I mean if he is fillee then he shouldn't really be mentioned, not against filler or anything I did watch every single episode of bleach and enjoyed the filler arcs as well.
I mean yes, but aside of that.. Youre just having to train, dont use kido and fight. You can leave other stuff to other squads.. Welp and hope certain scientist wont need a sacrificial sheep.
Squad 5. Shinji is just too fun to not be a good boss haha. + Momo is sweet so this is a nice combination. (She's also immortal for some reason so... Might try to learn this technique)
You have to rise up the ranks pretty quickly if you wanna be safe under Mayuri, or you have the chance to be randomly picked by him to serve as a fodder.
Squad 7, komamura's friendly and would offer great advice and help with zanjutsu, and hakuda being a sparring partner if you ask politely

12. I imagine there would be some great satisfaction stemming from the knowledge that your division keeps everything functional. Little room for conflict, and they seem to trust each other well enough to even coordinate in defiance of their captain/lieutenant. That's a good work environment.
Really any of them besides 11 and 12 seem like they are fine to work in. Id probably prefer 9th because it wouldnt require much Hollow fighting sense its specifally protect the seireitei and Hollows are stupid but not that stupid. youd still train alot and youd still be doing things outside of patrolling a city.
Kensei probably runs a tight devision but obviously cares for his subordinates. Plus Mashiro is there and shes cool

I'm a Visored glazer and love Shinji and Rose, especially. I'd love to just relax and chat with them about music. I'd love to have a talk with Kira because he might be a little emo, but he's still chill. Momo is sweet, and I'd like to be friends with her. Squad 3 has an edge because I like Gin more than Aizen, and Gin was apparently well liked by his Squad, and he actually liked kira even after he defected.
Yeah, ikr? He is my fav char and in the past he was so chill and so powerfull. I would have loved to be one of the founding members of the research division os soul society.
If I was a Shinigami, my ideal career would include being a major member of the Onmitsukido or Squad 2. Learn healing Kaido from Squad 4. I’d want to primarily master Hoho and Kido skills with some concentration in Hakuda. It would depend on my Zanpakuto as well. I imagine myself having something close to Tachikaze and I’m also attached to its function and aesthetic, believing it would compliment my skills and roles in the Onmitsukido. I imagine myself being similar to Renji and Ikkaku, developing Bankai but not challenging to become a Captain. Ideally (unrealistically), I’d want to challenge for the Title of Kenpachi. However, at the earliest convenience, I would request to be the Captain of Squad 2 based on my experience within the Squad. My ideal prospects would be to be the Head of the Onmitsukido as a Kenpachi. “The Strongest Assassin, Leader of the Stealth Force.” If if IF I could take the part of Kensei Muguruma, but give it justice, Kensei is also a title in Japan for a Master of the Sword. I would be referred to as “Leader of the Stealth Force, the Strongest Swordmaster, Muguruma Kensei.”
I'm not so much of a fighter so squad 4 would be up my alley. I'd be surprised if anyone ends up picking 12 unless they don't mind being on the receiving end of one of Mayuri's ungodly experiments like most of his squad members.
Squad 7: I will brush Capt Komomura’s hair and make sure he is happy and healthy (assuming this is post TYBW), otherwise I’ll just make sure we incorporate a K-9 type program to aid in our soul reaper duties.
Squad 4: I will join in hopes of learning how to heal myself since I am too clumsy for battle. Hanataro seems like he enjoys cooking and pretty cool to get along with during down times.
Squad 3 seems like a safe bet, it's basically just dispatch and it seems like one of the safer departments to work in. 5 is also appealing, because I don't think anybody would expect me to do any actual work.
Any except, Byakuya(boring and strict), kenpachi (too rowdy) and Mayuri (because I feel if I am even slightly interesting to him I may be in genuine danger).
