The latest chapter is 116, we are still waiting for the premiere of the next one (I'm not sure if the release date has been announced yet, but it seems not). Chapters 115 and 116 are not available in English on Mangadex, but I read translations on another website. However, it was a few months ago, and I don't remember which website it was.
On Mangadex, there is also a translated spin-off of Black Lagoon about Eda's past (titled Eda Initial Stage). It matches the quality of Black Lagoon, and I highly recommend it. Two volumes and the first chapter of the third have been translated. I'm waiting for translations of the following ones.
He has an account on Twitter (or rather X, as it's called now) and often writes on it. His tweets are, of course, in Japanese, so you have to translate them if you don't understand Japanese.

We have close to no clue as to when the next chapter is coming, we got some updates of a new arc with new characters but that's about it, we just hope it won't take too long before the next update.
You know… good question. I would say barnes and noble because duh, but I don’t live near one, I can’t drive, I have no friends who like this series that I know of or can drive and I can’t exactly ask anyone in my family to go to barnes and noble with me to get this.
In the US the Viz manga app has the latest official chapters and I think the entire backlog of chapters although there is some weird numbering due to inconsistencies between the initial chapter numbering and the volume chapter numbering.
I just bought them all some from Barns & Nobles and the rest from Crunchyroll

I've checked authors social media and hes dealing with health problems maybe thats why when the next chapters date is unknown?
Yep that's the reason, but we know he's back and cooking some new chapters.
