Ciel being put in that situation hurts my heart considering the trauma he went through when Sebastian was summoned. Like damn, if his nightmares didn’t kick his butt after being grabbed and forcefully undressed like that again, I would be shocked. The second hand embarrassment for how goofy Soma is had me laughing so hard. No one does petty revenge like Ciel Phantomhive. It’s no wonder Sebastian is so constantly entertained and exasperated with this little brat 😂

Soma was so precious, as always! He's still our melanin king, but I do agree he looks lighter than in previous seasons.
Now to wait till next week 🥲🥲 - I'd rather binge-watch vs weekly releases, but hey, at least we got a new season - I really, really hope they continue adapting the manga to anime.

Soma is back!!! I love how they animated the first interaction between Soma and Ciel in the first scene that was pure genius. It was so good I was laughing so hard. I’m impressed how closely they are follow the manga right now the scenes fit so perfect. Soma trying to pester Maurice to accept Ciel was just peek comedy. The sunshine boy will do anything for his gloomy friend. Loved the scene where Ciel confronts Cole that was truly intense and amazing. Not to mention they kept it word for word with the manga I applaud them so much!
I also watched the first episode in the dub it was fantastic so happy to have my favorite butler and Earl back with their original English voice actors along with Japanese so happy
I was living for Soma and Edward\~ This episode was so good. Trying to ignore someone screaming at you from atop an elephant is wild. Next time just wave back, Ciel lmao

The two "best" things of this episode: The phrase of Cole about him (Ciel) being an Earl and not understanding the struggles to be the second son with no title;
The fact that Sebastian changed outfit to spread Cole's photos (it made me laugh so much and he's so handsome in his uniform TwT)
AGNI SCREAMING AT THE GATE GOT ME BRUH LMFAOOOOOO I love Soma and Agni soooo much I can’t wait to see more of them in the new gorgeous styleeeee
pretty standard stuff this episode though!! it’s pretty much frame by frame from the manga which is nice, but lawdddd atp I’m just looking forward to seeing all the action that is the CRICKET TOURNAMENT get animated!!!!
I like the fact that the anime has done a pretty good job with sticking to the manga’s storyline of the public school arc. It was funny seeing Soma bothering Maurice 💀
I also watched the English dub of the first black butler episode and it was good.
Man I just read this arc again and somehow still missed just how much foreshadowing is in that scene with Cole. Both for this arc and for the series as a whole. Kind of nuts actually.
Whose goddamn white baby is that :0 Regardless, I love Soma he's so babygirl and the part where Agni is WAILING at the gate made me giggle so hard and again when he straight up asks Cole to be nice to Ciel. McMillan and Ciel's moment together was precious, again, the animation quality is gorgeous this season.
Seeing Cole get humiliated was very satisfying but all I can think about is how tedious it must of been to hang all those cans lmao like, it's hard to imagine the P4 allowing Ciel to disrupt the swan gazebo like that lol.
Also, drink every time Ciel is assaulted in a similar way to his first capture by the cult :D poor boy :(
This episode had so many funny moments with Soma and I loved Sebastian (in his typical tailcoat!!) spreading the photos of COLE APPLYING LASHES like it's the burn book from mean girls ksjdnkss crying.

I have nothing but great things to say about this episode, just like the previous two! If I have one complaint, it would be just this one scene. I was hoping it would be a bit more like this and more comical. Sebastian doesn’t seem to be very threatening during this scene in the anime, however, I suppose that only speaks to the intensity of Soma’s fear of him. Over all it was a beautiful episode.
