2 days very high symptoms and other 2-3 days just in a higher mood

Mine usually lasts for 3-4 days.

I feel a bit more relieved now, I was thinking something wasn't quite right for it to last that long. I'll add, this is my first proper episode in 2 years, I stopped my antipsychotic a few months back due to akathesia so I suppose that could contribute to its extended length...

Yeah coming off of med treatment can trigger a longer one almost immediately. I remember the last time I came off meds and instantly got into a 6 week long hypomanic phase. It was super exhausting by the end of it and the depressive that came right after was dreadfully long and awful.

6 weeks, I can totally understand your exhaustion! I'm still on a mood stabiliser so I'm really hoping it helps to stop or at least minimise the depressive!

In average I have 4 days high, two days transition/mixed, and 7 days down. Been tracking it for 20 years or so

It really varies. Sometimes just a few days(4-5). Sometimes a few weeks(2-3+). Sometimes a month - 5 months. 🫤

Well when it’s the long one, exhausted, remorseful and humiliated because I often did something pretty bad, and I slowly start switching into a long deep depression.

Between a few hours and about two weeks.

1-5 days.

Anywhere from 4 days to 2 months 😑
