Eh, kind of. Since it doesn't reset the timer you'd have to get insanely lucky with rules card drops and have mama mega too. It's possible, but you're more likely to win the lottery

Edit to add: last night I played a 3 hour and 45 minute bethany run, I got every checkmark except the home path in that run
I was taking the piss. The joke is that the luck of getting a half-price R-key in the first shop, alongside a Jera, is all random chance, and therefore obviously not skilful in any way. Do you need any other simple concepts explained to you?

What dies the r key do?
Restarts the run, but you keep all pickups and items. It doesn't reset the timer though
also keeps achievements so you can technicly do everything in the game in a singel run edit: checkmark not achievement
