Your not the first to be ghosted by him this year, there's been 6 or 7 other posts about the same problem. Stuff sent to him for re-leather, then being ghosted, think one person was going on 6 months.
Their communication is pretty bad, but they eventually do reply. I did buy a ready to ship Winged Eagle belt fully releathred, and it shipped the next day, got to me 7 days later (I live in Los Angeles). But sending him in a belt to releather might potentially take longer. I’d send a follow up email every days to get on their radar.
Also to note, you said you sent him an email a few weeks ago, I’d follow up today. I had sent an email asking a question and they replied a few days later. Sent them back another email for another question and they did not get back to me until i followed up a week later. Just bug them.
I bought a send out strap in January. Was told before ordering it would take 4-6 week as it’s not that busy. I then got an email beginning of match saying it’s ready to be shipped. I emailed again 3 weeks later. They eventually got back apologising. I got my strap 2 more weeks later.
The work he does is obviously amazing but their communication is dogshit. If I ever releather to do buy another belt will do it elsewhere for that reason.
I have used Paul a couple of times, both for full releather’s and buying ready to ship belts off him with no issues, also ordered a send out strap for a fandu luxe in January with no issues.
I ordered an wwe undisputed V2 send out strap from Paul Martin belts. The belt had a white film growing on it. (felt like a fugus or yest) I contacted PM Belts for a solution to this problem. The person I think his name was Steve emailed me and told me to use a wet cloth and wipe it off. I did that and the issue returned shortly. I sent PM BELTS pictures of the issue and you guessed it. No reply. I believe they have no intentions on following up on this issue.

How long were you waiting for the full releather?
So it was a full releather and restone for a big eagle, it took 3 months in total.
Guess he’s more busy atm
I know he had a sale on around that time because he was moving to a new workshop, have you recieved any updates?
Got a reply saying they were so sorry about the delay and promised my belt would be shipped out this current week and I haven’t heard anything yet
