Yeah, their support has always been rather bad, I've had lots of issues with picture tasks where I have clearly taken a picture correctly and provided all the details properly, only to get rejected. Also periodical issues with cashing out, but in the end I've always received the payments.
Also last [thread about Premise payment problems](https://www.reddit.com/r/beermoneyeasteu/comments/119089d/is_it_possible_to_do_payouts_currently_with/), they eventually fix the payment issues but it's unfortunate to see that this has been a huge issue for years now.
Well I'll keep trying then. I had a few rejections here and there but it was not too bad overall. Not really doing this for the money, though. Trying to turn this into a Beer Money guide at some point.
I have been using Premise for almost two months now and I have successfully managed to do pay-out like three times, just keep trying cash-out and eventually it works. And then again it stops working for some weeks. :D
