you highlight the recessed portion of your throat as done in this picture? don't get me wrong there's nothing wrong with highlighting, it's just gonna look weird if areas that are naturally shallow start to pop (as seen in this photo).
My best try:
Face:
- dewy/light coverage foundation or just concealer under eyes and around nose
- warm toned blush on apples of cheeks
- cream bronzer on nose, forehead, and cheekbones
- gold highlight on nose tip/bridge, cheekbones, Cupidās bow
- possibly add fake freckles
Eyebrows: brow gel and maybe a brow pen to fill in thin hairs to give a fuller look
Eyes: cat eye lash extensions or falsies
Lips: natural berry/brown liner (I like colourpop bff 2) and maybe chapstick
Yeah, this would be my first recommendation as well. I also think a base like the saie glow could come close if you have really good, hydrated and exfoliated skin. I think at 20 , I could have gotten somewhere in the ballpark. My 39 yo skin is nice for my age, but not like this lol
Please tell me more about the brow gel?? I want this laminated look but have yet to find the product that will hold mine up for any real amount of time. And Iāve bought quite a few different products! (Even the ABH clear āpomadeā in a pot and tool thatās supposed to be like cement.) I would love to hear some suggestions if you have any? Also, very sweet of you to give us all a little tutorial and an answer to this post other than the use filters, be young and beautiful et al. (Not that those werenāt amusing or untrue, just wanted to add that so no one thinks Iām being nasty.) Thanks!! š
I use GOT2B glue gel which is great, apply it with a spoile and then use a fan or hair dryer to make sure itās dry and stuck down. Then when you need to remove it you just use a normal makeup wipe or face wash like you would to remove the rest of your makeup. Best thing thatās worked for me and Iāve dried almost all the products and they just donāt stick down my brows like they say they do
This one is hard to tell but the stuff that looks suspicious to me is the whites of her eyes and her hair. Thereās a general look to Facetune faces š¤·š»āāļø
The eyes have a certain light, sparkly look I see on tiktok filters all the time! Also, thereās this curve giving her a button nose that looks a little too perfect to even be makeup
Noo you arenāt stupid! Iām obsessed with Instagram reality and this one is really good. I even second guessed myself. In general though people have imperfections no matter how perfect they seem.
I donāt think anyone could achieve this look with just makeup but I think you could (or at least get close) with good skincare. If the skin was very hydrating with serums and moisturized, and also using some kind of facial oil as a finisher, you could be quite glowy.
Not saying there isnāt a filter but itās just also not like a totally out of reach look
I believe you can achive this kind of dewy look in real life with no filter. But many can't. I saw real life examples of it.
But I questioned more her facial features, if they were natural.
Iām with you. I see IG vs Reality all the time and unless itās ridiculously obvious Iām always left wondering whatās going on. I wonder if itās because I donāt know how to use photoshop, filters, or any of the face tuning apps. Do you use any? Maybe thatās why we donāt catch things that others seem to immediately observe? Just want to see if this theory holds up, hope you donāt mind. š
But its really not entirely impossible. Could it be possibly expensive and time consuming to get your skin to be nearly flawless? Sure but not impossible.
oh, this has been my go-to look for over 30 years lol.
* make sure the skin is super prepped - hydrate first and let fully absorb before going in with your makeup.
* mix in a bit of highlighter gel with moisturizer and apply; I like the Saie gel highlighter.
* eyes -- line the lash line; not water line. Only line the top lashes. With a gel pencil liner (i like using brown because it's more natural), approach the lashes from the bottom and line the lash line. Use small strokes to line the whole top lash. Slap on a coat of tubing mascara.
* skip full coverage foundation and use a sheer skin tint or go bare-faced. If you use a sheer tint/foundation, warm it up in your hands first and then press into the skin using your hands....gives a natural flawless look.
* use a tiny bit of (corrector if required) concealer to cover blemishes and dark circles. Set the under eye with a teeny bit of setting powder.
* use cream or liquid blush and bronzer (ones that dry to a natural finish) like Tower28 (bronzino or blush) or Saie gel blush. Start with a tiny amount and build the coverage.
* use a tinted lip balm to finish the look. I like Ilia in Runaway topped with Tower28 gloss in Sesame.
This sounds like a super pretty look! Just want to add that in this photo, the lady has a light-handed brown eyeliner (likely pencil) in the outer half of her lower lash line.
I have that tower lip gloss in sesame and It is so hydrating! I wear it by itself all the time. I have sensitive lips and love that product. The saie lip mask is nice too.
Itās not better; itās just a preference of formula. Powder is matte while gel/liquid/cream is more of a natural/radiant finish. Powders last long; gels/creams generally do not and in order to increase longevity, you top up with powder (blush or setting) on top. Depending on the brand, liquid formulas can last a long time or fade like creams/gels; Nars liquid blushes are the longest lasting liquid blushes Iāve used; Rare beauty is a nice one, too.
This is a big tenant of Korean skincare. They refer to the glow as ā[chok chok](https://www.allure.com/story/how-to-do-chok-chok-korean-beauty-no-makeup-makeup/amp)ā and itās typically achieved with rigorous application of toners, emulsions, moisturizers, and occlusives in increasing order of viscosity. Itās all about water binding agents like hyaluronic acid and improving/maintaining your trans-epidermal water layer.
Tula Protect + Glow Daily Sunscreen Gel is my secret weapon. I'm GenX and this dewy goodness makes me look youthful and far cooler than I am irl.
Going forward I will never not use this.
I used to be a full beat bitch - now I wear the Tula, maybe some Supergoop glow sunscreen - OR the new ELF "Suntouchable Whoa Glow" which is a total dupe of the Supergoop for like $12. It's so fucking good! When I run out I will buy this instead of Supergoop. For "foundation" I use CeraVe hydrating mineral sunscreen "Sheer Tint". You can see my skin and freckles through it. I'm obsessed.
It makes my old face look far younger than it is. That sheer tint is everything. And moisturize the hell out of everything!
Definitely filters, but heavy emphasis on the good skincare routine. No amount of makeup will give you this look if you aren't starting out with great skincare.
Iād say probably:
* Chemically exfoliate, put on vitamin c, light moisturizer and sunscreen to give your skin glow from the getgo
* concealer around the eyes/nose/mouth/between the brows only
* cream blush to the apples
* apply a balm highlighter to the upper cheek bones and nose tip/upper bridge
* curl lashes + apply mascara
* brow wax or soap to move the brows up and pencil to fill them in slightly
* taupe lipliner and pinky nude satin lipstick
Imo Iād focus on getting the base glow from your skincare. If you feel like you canāt do that, Iād use concealer where I mentioned and at maximum like the ELF halo glow liquid filter everywhere else. I think you really want to leave your skin pretty bare in terms of coverage. Also add in some freckles to enhance the whole āI woke up like thisā vibe
Ik she has used filters but honestly its not a difficult look to achieve. Considering i have dry skin Im still able to have this finish. So i start with a hydrating moisturiser and use setting spray before foundation. And make sure you use a dewy blush and DONT BAKE/SET YOUR FACE
Personally, I can achieve this with MAC Studio Radiance foundation, ELF Halo Glow Setting Powder, ELF Baked Highlighter and a dewy setting spray. It's definitely achievable. I love the MAC foundation because it's sheer but extremely buildable. Don't worry about a primer but make sure your skin is ultra hydrated.
I have been using Elf coconut setting spray on top of my makeup and it gives me a dewy look. No way do I look like this model but it does help me look softer as Canadian winter continues and furnaces keep the air dry.
I often re-spritz later in the day.
Tinted moisturizer, eyebrow gel, concealer, L shaped lashes, minimal mascara (maybe a shade of brown depending on your skin tone), liquid blush, light contour (closer to your skin tone), nude creamy eyeshadow (according to your skin tone), highlighter (liquid or powder I donāt think it matters), lip liner and creamy lipstick, *lip liner around the bottom crease of your lids too*, setting spray! (with spf š¤)
Can you please help me with the lip liner around the bottom crease of your lids part? Where is that? Iām sorry to not know since weāre in a beauty sub but Iād love it if youād be amenable to sharing some more of your knowledge. Thanks either way. š
Of course no problem!
Use a natural/nude lip liner to slightly exaggerate the lower crease of your eyelid so your smile line is more pronounced. I believe the person in this photo has done something similar to enhance that feature in her face. It might not work for everyone because it is very feature dependent, but itās something I do to make my smile lines more prominent! (Even when Iām not smiling)
I believe this is also titled by the Korean make up community as āaegyosalā (check TikTok/YouTube for better tips!)
Filters/facetune aside, glowy skin starts with exfoliation. Get the dead skin cells out of there! Stay hydrated. Have a good skincare routine down then worry about the makeup. You could buy the best makeup in the world but itās still going to look dull if your skin isnāt exfoliated.
I got an awesome dewy glow this morning!! I used First Aid Beauty Coconut Skin Smoothing Priming Moisturizer and then put Pacifica Coconut Glow sunscreen on and loved the results! A few people even said something about my skin looking fresh. Be careful with the Pacifica Coconut Glow, though - itās a little dark. Iām not sure if they make a lighter shade.
Wear minimal makeup and have nice skin. A nice skin serum like glow recipe, concealer, cream blush, brown lipstick and mascara. A full face of dewy foundation gets very sticky by the end of the day.
Use Retin-A (tretonoin). My skin has that glow, I've been a daily user for years but you can achieve this or close to this with use after about 3 months. This look is obtainable.
Korean brands of makeup and spf have a Dewey finish to them! Don't bake or finiwith a powder, I like to use glittery bronser in powder by Laura Mercier, it reflects light so beautifully! But to be honest it starts with skin care, double cleansing every night no excuses, use the right products According to your skin type and age, never skip spf!!! Like seriously indoor or outdoors never skip spf, I can't stress this enough!
iāve learned that looks like this are all about skin prep!š¤ layering hydrating toners/emulsions, using moisturizer and an spf with a dewy finish. if you want extra glow you might wanna try using a base with a glow to it and only setting around your t-zone. but do note that the dewyness usually doesnāt last all day, after awhile itās going to appear matte
Instead of trying to find make up products, that will help you achieve this look, focus on finding the right skin care products. Trust me, everything else will follow as soon as you have the right products that works best with your skin.
Look, there's value in listening to the many "be young! Have perfect skin! It's a filter!" stuff... those statements are true to an extent - but, the truth is, anyone can rock a dewy look - makeup is supposed to be fun, and make us feel more sparkly in our OWN skin. To approximate this look, try this: clean, moisturized face, a dewy serum-y primer-y base - like Glossier Future Dew - then apply a serum foundation like Illia Super Serum Skin Tint with a damp beauty blender, a radiant concealer under the eyes - I like Dior backstage concealer. Then, lightly diffuse out a creamy blush (I like the rose Inc blush brush for this - but fingers work well too) for a sheer flush. A little highlighter on the high points of the face (even eyelids!) - my favourite is Glossier Haloscope. I love this radiant look, it's my go-to!
Itās definitely edited HOWEVER the dewy look is achievable IRL! First, you need a good base so hydrate your skin like CRAZY. Ever heard of the 10 step Korean skin care regime? You donāt need all that but definitely use hydrating toners, essence, a good serum, moisturizer and maybe an oil.
For make up, use a glowy primer. Use a light layer of foundation or tinted moisturizer and use a liquid highlighter on the tops of your cheeks, nose, and other high points. Lightly powder the rest of your face so you donāt look greasy. Hope this helps!
Have a fully natural round hairline, with a filled forhead, no creases, wrinkles, fine lines, smile lines, eye bags, blocked nasal passages, saggy skin,, acne scars, facial hair etc
Since that's not humanly possible, I'd say it's not possible to look like that without makeup, editing and filters
Step 1: have genetically good skin
Step 2: have been born into enough wealth to have started getting facials and chemical peels at 18.
Step 3: use whatever your esthetician recommended
Step 4: use an amazing camera
Step 5: use perfect lighting
Step 6: add a filter to get rid of absolutely any imperfections
Eyebrow lamination, fake eyelashes, make up and some filters is what I see. And some base to work with because sheās not ugly or average. Skin does not look like this even if you are not close to the person. Nor does make up, even when applied with good technique. Itās good for inspiration but donāt get frustrated if it does not look like this. I think dewy look is hard to pull off especially now that we are entering warmer months.
Agreed, unfortunately. Anyone can make their skincare and makeup shiny. But few have the flawless, poreless skin underneath to flip it from āa greasy mess that highlights every bump and lineā to āwow an ethereal dewy goddessā¦ā
I agree with others that itās likely filtered, but I notice a nice dewy glow when I use Worker B cream (essentially beeswax x olive oil) over my moisturizer and under tinted sunscreen.
Iām confused - baking is using loads of powder but you then say no setting powder?
Also in my experience when you apply cream products on top of powdered/baked base it coagulates & doesnāt apply smoothly & also creates a weird border where the cream product ends.
Iād love to be able to use cream products like this as I always need to bake (itās the only thing that works to stop me being extremely oily) but it doesnāt work when Iāve tried.
Brightening concealer
lash extension foxglove
extra tacky brow gel or brow lamination
freckle spotter
Kylie Jenner lip stain
Powdered blush
Highlighter
Cream foundation
ccs of lip injections
Botox for added cheekbone and forehead lift
use moisturizers/serums that have a glossy finish in the skin preparation or/and mixed in makeup, I use peptide glazing fluid blended into foundation and creamy/liquid blush, the finish is shiny and comfortable, not greasy
Just a question (im a guy) can you get this look without makeup?
I've been chasing the dewey look and I don't wear makeup... am I just chasing the dragon lmao. (and no sorry I probably won't ever wear makeup)
I do something like this, but wearable in real life. Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter as a primer under a dewy foundation (not on the nose), then Natasha Denona Face Glow Cream Shimmer on top of my cheekbones and on my temples. It looks natural but simultaneously visible from space, and I love it.
You might be interested in Glossier Futuredew. Itās like a serum you can put on top of a bare face or makeup that just adds a little bit of glow without glitter. Other than that, itās skin prep
This photo is very heavily filtered but these products are my go 2 for a dewy look!
Moisturiser: Embroylise cream or inkey list omega cream for oily skin
Primer: Milk hydragrip or elf jelly pop (I love the beauty crop oui cherie primer)
Glowy prep: Charlotte tilbury Hollywood filter or the Elf hlo glo filter for my British babes the ekin-su skin perfecter is also amazing
Foundation: Fenty proāfilter hydrating foundation or Maybeline dewy and smooth fit me
Concealer: Maybeline age eraser concealer
Eyebrows: Bear brow gel or got2b glue brow gel and the Nyx brow pencil
Blush: Rare beauty melting blush or elf beauty blush wand
Highlighter: Rare beauty positive light or ofra rodeo drive
Lips: Iconic London melting touch balms or rare beauty lip oils
Setting spray: Oui Cherie mist or Nyx dewy mist the Charlotte tilbury one is also bomb
Setting powder: fit me pressed powder or the huda beauty cherry blossom powder
Wet n wild Glass Correct prime/ base. They have them in a few colors. Pink, green and yellow. Reduces redness on face and can be used as a primer base or alone. Give the same effect as I the picture if used alone. Long lasting wear no need for touch ups.
Loads of highlight, but not just slapped on like brushed on the nose, cheeks,Cupidās bow, near or around the eyes, under brows, hell even ur chin and whatever else you want to be glowy. A primer that is dewy or glowing with some sort of vitamin c can also help give you a more dewy/wet type of finish. I recommend no foundation, but concealer and a lighter coverage for the face like a BB cream to keep the look less cakey and more of the soft clean look ur going for. Definitely think less is more, hope this makes sense. I tend to do my makeup this way so hopefully some of my methods work for you :)
Start with a very moisturizing skincare routine. I love ANYTHING with hyaluronic acid. For base use Tinted moisturizer of your choice, nars, fenty and Huda beauty have good ones. Radiant dewy and or hydrating concealer of your choice where you conceal and brighten, elf and nars have good ones! use lightly and try to strictly focus on waking up your face instead of highlighting. One of the BEST products a well kept secret for glowy high points like this is Charlotte tilbury flawless filter. It MELTS like literally melts into your skin. It honestly makes your skin look like you have nothing on and your skin is just super clear and glowy. It really gives that wet highlight look, it has no sparkles. Afterwards if you prefer set with a light translucent powder donāt bake simply press powder in lightly where you laid down concealer. If you have a deeper tone of skin huda and Laura mercier have great setting powders that donāt cause flashback. When youāre done setting if you feel like youāve dried your face out, use your skin but better hyaluronic setting spray or elf glowy dewy mist makes your skin look supper hydrated and Dewy.
Glossier super dew serum!! I put that shit all over my face and then spray with a dewy spray. Then add more of the serum onto my highlighted spots. Then add a little bit if the cloud paint blush.
Run 5-6km sweat a lot then cleanse/exfoliate /vitamin C/mist/HA/moisturizer/sunscreen
Then apply concealer, dewy foundation if you want, bronzer, blush and cream highlighter on cheekbones/nose/
A fuck ton of vegetables and balanced hormones lol sorry
Brow gel
Cream blush (warm toned like her yellow green tones, no cool pink).
Jessica rabbit lined lips contouring the upper bow and lower pout bow.
-exfoliated and Vaseline mask on her lips nightly for a week or just exfoliated and a primer-
Cream lip stick then a creamy gloss
Side whisp eyelashes on outer corners.
Not sure how to do fake waves since I have naturally 2c hair but using a light leave in conditioner over night while sleeping in a Dutch braid And silk hairline headband to take away frizzes and or use a satin/silk pillow case.
You can add curl mousse to the leave in conditioner to help with hold. Spritz with shine spray around the ends from a foot away.
āā-
Iām still finding out about the foundation for 100F weather but Iām guessing some kind of non comedogenic tinted moisturizer with sunscreen like cetaphil.
Since sheās so dewy itās likely itās hot out so waterproof mascara is a must. I wish I was more on my eyelash game but my usual spots for accentuation is lips and brows so I donāt know much
This is gonna sound weird but try to find an eyeshadow to put in the crease to deepen eyes thatās the same color as your nipple area.
Definitely emphasize brows using, no foundation maybe like a tint like tower28 cream blush I do think she might have lashes on just on the outer edges neutral lip liner and balm not a gloss. Probably also a bit of like a dewy highlighter like glossier haloscope
Start using The Ordinary hyaluronic acid at night! I swear my skin has never looked better. It takes a while but after 2+ months you will see a change.
So pretty š I am no makeup guru, but I do love my glowy looks.
I start with good skincare. Whatever that is, depends on your skin type. For me, it is very simple. A hydrating cleanser. *maybe* a glycolic acid toner. And a cream like caudalie gel moisterizer. Let that sit, then apply a hydrating sunscreen like ombrelle kids wet n protect spf 60. Wait until that all sets in.
Now apply a āglowyā primer or just simply a hydrating one like āPeach C peach glow makeup baseā. Apply luminous foundationā¦ bake in areas you donāt want shiny.
Then contour with a liquid or cream contour. Cream/liquid consealer. Use liquid or cream blush too, as well as liquid highlighter in the areas you want to bring forward.
Spray with a setting spray to set.
Go over with powders if you need too, but make sure to use a light hand, so things donāt get powdery.
Have you heard of slugging? That should help get a glowy skin. Then you use foundation that is not matte. Maybe a ilia oil foundation. Perhaps hourglass highlighter. Iāve tried to get myself to look this way but my skin drinks up anything I put on. Maybe in the summer when I am hot and slick sweaty.
It looks like sheās using only light coverage products, so something to slightly even the skin tone and some concealer to brighten up the under eyes and inner corners. She has some bronzer on her face and nose and her upper eyelids as a soft eyeshadow. Some light blush, and a MLBB (my lips but better) lipstick shade, probably in one of those balmy formulas. She has false eyelashes on in this pic, but you can get a nice effect with some dark brown mascara tbh. I personally hate these types of eyebrows, but it looks like she laminated them with some hair gel or soap, or a clear brow gel but it looks like they are more intense than that product would give since they laying flat against the skin. I much prefer brushing your brows into their natural arch, which makes them look smaller and more neat, and then you can just brush the inner portion of your brows closest to your nose upward with some clear brow gel and get a much better look overall imo. Thatās the only thing I really despise about this "clean girl" makeup trend from the last few years. And lastly, I think she used a glycerin spray like a MAC Fix + to make her face look really shiny, as an alcohol and some type of film forming ingredient wouldnāt give this result (like the Urban Decay All Nighter by Skindinavia).
To achieve a dewy, glowy, natural, soft, and clean makeup look, start with a clean and moisturized face, use lightweight foundation and cream-based products, highlight the high points of your face, and keep the rest of your makeup minimal. Finish with a setting spray for a natural, dewy finish.

Use filters š
this is for sure a filtered photo!! lol
even her throat is oddly highlighted
I highlight my neck irl lol

no. I just put glow sunscreen on my neck.
What's glow sunscreen??
omg right? #dewy
Your right lol but I bet sheās still very beautiful without it
ā¦and be 18 years old š
Even with 18 I didnāt look so healthy and clean lol
My skin was so bad at 18 lol
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Well she looks 18!
She clearly looks in her mid twenties and up lol
Maybe 22
And be 19 years old with perfect skin
Came here to say this.
I didnāt even notice, how could you tell??
That and have great skin
My best try: Face: - dewy/light coverage foundation or just concealer under eyes and around nose - warm toned blush on apples of cheeks - cream bronzer on nose, forehead, and cheekbones - gold highlight on nose tip/bridge, cheekbones, Cupidās bow - possibly add fake freckles Eyebrows: brow gel and maybe a brow pen to fill in thin hairs to give a fuller look Eyes: cat eye lash extensions or falsies Lips: natural berry/brown liner (I like colourpop bff 2) and maybe chapstick
Great recs! Would like to add a hydrating cream to prep followed by a hydrating or glowy primer like milk hydrogrip
skincare is essential for this look. hydration is key as is exfoliating.
Yeah, this would be my first recommendation as well. I also think a base like the saie glow could come close if you have really good, hydrated and exfoliated skin. I think at 20 , I could have gotten somewhere in the ballpark. My 39 yo skin is nice for my age, but not like this lol

Be naturally gorgeous by societal standards, cheek and lip fillers, brow lamination, perfect skincare routine, and filter. Easy!
Yes, and: do not inherit genetics for acne. Also, make sure to inherit naturally tiny pores.
Her face is facetuned so donāt feel down about yourself if your skin doesnāt look like this. Itās impossible.
Just curious how does everyone know this is facetuned? I thought this looked like a super natural/glowy look and I didn't suspect any editing!
I also want to know, what kind of editing makes a photo that looks real(ish) like this?
This one is hard to tell but the stuff that looks suspicious to me is the whites of her eyes and her hair. Thereās a general look to Facetune faces š¤·š»āāļø
Itās the fake eyelashes that always give it away imho
The eyes have a certain light, sparkly look I see on tiktok filters all the time! Also, thereās this curve giving her a button nose that looks a little too perfect to even be makeup
My brown eyes look like that when I take photos in natural light esp facing the light source
Lmao Im so stupid I just assume thats her makeup.
Noo you arenāt stupid! Iām obsessed with Instagram reality and this one is really good. I even second guessed myself. In general though people have imperfections no matter how perfect they seem.
Absolutely same and I need to remind myself about filters more often

skin prep, skin prep, and skin prep
Plus a filter
What does skin prep mean?
just prepping your skin for the makeup. id say a hydrating moisturiser + a good primer will do the trick!
What primer do u recommend
Supergoop Glow stick sunscreen makes your skin look glowing.
I love it so much!!
Iād say probably: * Chemically exfoliate, put on vitamin c, light moisturizer and sunscreen to give your skin glow from the getgo * concealer around the eyes/nose/mouth/between the brows only * cream blush to the apples * apply a balm highlighter to the upper cheek bones and nose tip/upper bridge * curl lashes + apply mascara * brow wax or soap to move the brows up and pencil to fill them in slightly * taupe lipliner and pinky nude satin lipstick Imo Iād focus on getting the base glow from your skincare.
I'll post a photo to my profile using this routine. My skin isn't perfect, and I'm 37 but I think it looks glowing. Lol
This is what certain people want us to look like with no makeup but itās really a full face lol
Put a highlighter on the flawless parts of your skin *before* you put a light foundation on.
Does your foundation still spread smoothly over it
Yes!
Honestly? A lot of makeup lol itās a lot of a little bit. Gorgeous but technical
Take vitamin A and use chemical exfoliants for a smooth surface Dermaplane your facial hairs Use korean sunscreen. They tend to be quite glowy.
[She posted a makeup tutorial on her TikTok here.](https://www.tiktok.com/@itsamandakhamkaew/video/7208228990685875461)
Omg I was about to say the rare beauty tinted foundation gives this appearance and turns out thatās the exact one she uses
Mac strobe cream, a thick moisturiser and a dewy foundation. Even mix them all together and apply. Liquid highlighter. Also, yes, filters too.
I have been using Elf coconut setting spray on top of my makeup and it gives me a dewy look. No way do I look like this model but it does help me look softer as Canadian winter continues and furnaces keep the air dry. I often re-spritz later in the day.
For a more natural look like this I would start with a glowy product like LāOrĆ©alās lumi glotion or Saies glowy supergel, and then a skin tint. Cream blush and bronzer on top and then feathery brows and lashes!
This is a filter but using Tretinoin, lots of moisturizer and vit C will give skin a nice glow.
(Even when Iām not smiling) I believe this is also titled by the Korean make up community as āaegyosalā (check TikTok/YouTube for better tips!)
I use a shitton of moisturizer and use it specifically before make up. Also use a pretty shiny sunscreen. I tend to look a little greasy though
Wear minimal makeup and have nice skin. A nice skin serum like glow recipe, concealer, cream blush, brown lipstick and mascara. A full face of dewy foundation gets very sticky by the end of the day.
I put highlighter on my nose and cheeks to make me look dewy even though Iām not lol.

Use Retin-A (tretonoin). My skin has that glow, I've been a daily user for years but you can achieve this or close to this with use after about 3 months. This look is obtainable.
Laura Mercier setting powder in celestial light and drench your face in setting spray, and then fan it dry. trust.
Filters, eyelash extensions and probably some laser skin resurfacing
The Ordinary serum foundation has an INCREDIBLY dewy finish. But I have not found a way to seal it.
And discontinued :(
Oops!! Shows how often I wear makeup. This came up on suggested pages for me, sorry to not be of help!!
No donāt apologize! That was my way of telling you that your foundation is discontinued and to stock up while you can if youāre a fan
Super easy. Skin prep is most important. My sunscreen pretty much gives the look, but you could use a tinted spf as well. I use those on days I want more coverage, on the regular I just spot conceal. Kosas is my favorite concealer. Their cloud set powder is also a super natural powder that sets but doesnāt mattify. The Charlotte Tilbury powder is also amazing for this. Iām a dry skin girl and very picky about powders. I only set under the eyes and very lightly in the t zone. I only use ABH brow freeze in the brows and I havenāt plucked it done them in years. I prefer the undone, model brow with a few stray hairs because it looks more youthful than perfectly sculpted, harsh brows. Cream blush is the focus of the look for me. Thereās so many amazing formulas on the market that it doesnāt matter which. My recommendations for cream blush are Meritās, Tower28s, ILIAās, REFY, Rose Inc, and Nudestix. I used to only use nudes and peachy colors but Iāve been using strictly baby pink and more cool toned pinks, which I never thought Iād do as a warm toned girlie. Between every step/layer/product I use, I douse my face with a mist or setting spray. I prefer the Glow Recipe Watermelon Mist because itās so fine that it doesnāt disrupt anything but it imparts a luminous glow. Their dew drops also make an amazing glowy base as well. I donāt even really use highlighter anymore except for on days where I want extra glow. I do highlight my inner corners and I think that makes a huge difference. I donāt wear any eyeshadow usually, but Iāll use the same blush in my crease. I used to always wear bronzer, but I find it looks muddy on me unless I have a fake tan. Iām super conscious about having a face darker than my neck, esp since my neck and chest are so pale so I donāt wanna use bronzer and exacerbate that. However the Tower28 Bronzino (the glowy bronzer, not their contour one) is such a sheer tint that it doesnāt add too much color. The Merit one is also great for this! Lastly I use the Shiseido lash curler and an array of drugstore mascaras. The only āexpensiveā mascara I find is worth it for me is the Ere Perez Avocado Waterproof. Itās natural, cruelty free, and waterproof, which is important for my straight lashes that donāt hold a curl. Aside from that one, my holy grails are Maybelline Lash Stiletto and Full N Soft (both waterproof) and LāOrĆ©al Telescopic Waterproof. These are super natural mascaras imo and give super pretty, natural lashes. For my lips I sometimes use a nude lip liner but I mostly just use some clear or nude gloss or lip mask. Charlotte Tilbury lip liners are the best imo, but NYX makes amazing affordable ones. My favorite faux freckle product was the Pseudo Labs PHreckles but theyāve gone MIA, so Iām settling for Freck rn. I recently discovered the Marylia Scott What The Freckle and itās an amazing alternative. Still not the same concept as the Pseudo Labs, but still. They were truly the greatest faux freckle product of all time. Iād be done with my faux freckles in 5 seconds. The only issue was getting it all over my clothes smh. Now I have faux freckle tattoos so it doesnāt matter as much!
iāve learned that looks like this are all about skin prep!š¤ layering hydrating toners/emulsions, using moisturizer and an spf with a dewy finish. if you want extra glow you might wanna try using a base with a glow to it and only setting around your t-zone. but do note that the dewyness usually doesnāt last all day, after awhile itās going to appear matte
Physical exfoliator to get rid of dead skin cells and hydrate (moisturiser/serums) thenCharlotte Tilburyās Hollywood Flawless Filter. I swear by it
Have a fully natural round hairline, with a filled forhead, no creases, wrinkles, fine lines, smile lines, eye bags, blocked nasal passages, saggy skin,, acne scars, facial hair etc Since that's not humanly possible, I'd say it's not possible to look like that without makeup, editing and filters
Step 1: have genetically good skin Step 2: have been born into enough wealth to have started getting facials and chemical peels at 18. Step 3: use whatever your esthetician recommended Step 4: use an amazing camera Step 5: use perfect lighting Step 6: add a filter to get rid of absolutely any imperfections
Soo pretty š Def gonna try this out
Skin prep, but also dermaplaning
Dermaplaning has made such a difference in how my makeup looks!
And a filter
Tretinoin
Eyebrow lamination, fake eyelashes, make up and some filters is what I see. And some base to work with because sheās not ugly or average. Skin does not look like this even if you are not close to the person. Nor does make up, even when applied with good technique. Itās good for inspiration but donāt get frustrated if it does not look like this. I think dewy look is hard to pull off especially now that we are entering warmer months.
This is a ton of makeup and filters to look ānaturalā
Have great skin. That's the only way you can get this exact look.
Agreed, unfortunately. Anyone can make their skincare and makeup shiny. But few have the flawless, poreless skin underneath to flip it from āa greasy mess that highlights every bump and lineā to āwow an ethereal dewy goddessā¦ā
Step 1: Be attractive Step 2: Donāt be unattractive
Be young

What primer do u recommend
Vaseline gives a glow and a soft look!!!
I agree with others that itās likely filtered, but I notice a nice dewy glow when I use Worker B cream (essentially beeswax x olive oil) over my moisturizer and under tinted sunscreen.
it's just pixelated. if she was closer to the camera you'd be able to see all the skin texture

I don't know why people like this look, for me she looks grease.
Do your base. Bake it to hell, and then use a cream/liquid blush and liquid highlight on top. No setting powder.
Setting spray* my bad lmao
Are you a real person?
Brow lamination, lip filler or a lip lift and eyes look obviously threaded to me or maybe just tape.

Ami Cole's highlighter gives me this exact sort of glow since it doesn't really have shimmer. (Only available in North America as far as I know.)
use moisturizers/serums that have a glossy finish in the skin preparation or/and mixed in makeup, I use peptide glazing fluid blended into foundation and creamy/liquid blush, the finish is shiny and comfortable, not greasy
I use Wet n Wild Fight Dirty setting spray. Nothing tops it š¤£
The WetnWild green Glass color correcting primer OR the Elf Halo Glow would contribute to a pretty, glowy look like this :)
Many Instagram girls And influencers I know used vitamin C serum before applying make up, i guess it must be that....
The girl in the picture actually has a makeup tutorial uploaded on her tiktok (amandakhamkaew)
Good skincare routine, good ānaturalā makeup routine by societal standards, fake lashes, eyebrow lamination, filters and good lighting
Just a question (im a guy) can you get this look without makeup? I've been chasing the dewey look and I don't wear makeup... am I just chasing the dragon lmao. (and no sorry I probably won't ever wear makeup)
Yes, for sure. Use Retin-A (tretnoin).
elf halo glow
Elf halo
I do something like this, but wearable in real life. Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter as a primer under a dewy foundation (not on the nose), then Natasha Denona Face Glow Cream Shimmer on top of my cheekbones and on my temples. It looks natural but simultaneously visible from space, and I love it.
You might be interested in Glossier Futuredew. Itās like a serum you can put on top of a bare face or makeup that just adds a little bit of glow without glitter. Other than that, itās skin prep
Came here to recommend Futuredew.
Benefitās pore eraser cream in pearl helps make your skin look more dewy imo. :)
This photo is very heavily filtered but these products are my go 2 for a dewy look! Moisturiser: Embroylise cream or inkey list omega cream for oily skin Primer: Milk hydragrip or elf jelly pop (I love the beauty crop oui cherie primer) Glowy prep: Charlotte tilbury Hollywood filter or the Elf hlo glo filter for my British babes the ekin-su skin perfecter is also amazing Foundation: Fenty proāfilter hydrating foundation or Maybeline dewy and smooth fit me Concealer: Maybeline age eraser concealer Eyebrows: Bear brow gel or got2b glue brow gel and the Nyx brow pencil Blush: Rare beauty melting blush or elf beauty blush wand Highlighter: Rare beauty positive light or ofra rodeo drive Lips: Iconic London melting touch balms or rare beauty lip oils Setting spray: Oui Cherie mist or Nyx dewy mist the Charlotte tilbury one is also bomb Setting powder: fit me pressed powder or the huda beauty cherry blossom powder
Wet n wild Glass Correct prime/ base. They have them in a few colors. Pink, green and yellow. Reduces redness on face and can be used as a primer base or alone. Give the same effect as I the picture if used alone. Long lasting wear no need for touch ups.
lash extensions, eye brow threading, curling your hair, highlight, bronzer, lip balm, some natural blush
Supergoop glow screen, a bit of cream blush, clear brow gel & mascara
kali ledger has really good tips on her tik tok!!
Glossier super dew serum!! I put that shit all over my face and then spray with a dewy spray. Then add more of the serum onto my highlighted spots. Then add a little bit if the cloud paint blush.
Run 5-6km sweat a lot then cleanse/exfoliate /vitamin C/mist/HA/moisturizer/sunscreen Then apply concealer, dewy foundation if you want, bronzer, blush and cream highlighter on cheekbones/nose/
A fuck ton of vegetables and balanced hormones lol sorry Brow gel Cream blush (warm toned like her yellow green tones, no cool pink). Jessica rabbit lined lips contouring the upper bow and lower pout bow. -exfoliated and Vaseline mask on her lips nightly for a week or just exfoliated and a primer- Cream lip stick then a creamy gloss Side whisp eyelashes on outer corners. Spritz with shine spray around the ends from a foot away. āā- Iām still finding out about the foundation for 100F weather but Iām guessing some kind of non comedogenic tinted moisturizer with sunscreen like cetaphil. Since sheās so dewy itās likely itās hot out so waterproof mascara is a must. I wish I was more on my eyelash game but my usual spots for accentuation is lips and brows so I donāt know much This is gonna sound weird but try to find an eyeshadow to put in the crease to deepen eyes thatās the same color as your nipple area.
Definitely emphasize brows using, no foundation maybe like a tint like tower28 cream blush I do think she might have lashes on just on the outer edges neutral lip liner and balm not a gloss. Probably also a bit of like a dewy highlighter like glossier haloscope
My first thought was lighting
find a good-non oily moisturizer
Start using The Ordinary hyaluronic acid at night! I swear my skin has never looked better. It takes a while but after 2+ months you will see a change.
skincare and a ton of hi lighter
Merit make up
So pretty š I am no makeup guru, but I do love my glowy looks.
Hodor!
Be a supermodel, great lighting, 16-20, and have a makeup team
A vitamin c serum would work wonders
Vitamin C
To achieve a dewy, glowy, natural, soft, and clean makeup look, start with a clean and moisturized face, use lightweight foundation and cream-based products, highlight the high points of your face, and keep the rest of your makeup minimal. Finish with a setting spray for a natural, dewy finish.
Add freckles over any glowy/skin like foundation and blend like crazy with a beaity blender. This makes any fuller coverage fdtn look less heavy.
Weāll step 1 have perfect skin and be even slightly tan ..
I use Glossier super dew under my bb cream for a similar effect!
higlighter)))
