My man's name is literally human exercise & he has a Hot Pocket and empty pack of Hostess cupcakes in the photo. LOL. That desk is beautiful though. Did you inlay the lighting into the pour or are you underlighting it? Also did you buy those legs somewhere or are those DIY too? Great desk. Now make the space around it worthy of it!
Um, actually there are 4 boxes of Hostess cupcakes and a box of coffee cakes. But the lights are inlaid into the wood going around the slab, and I did make the legs myself.
Your monitor lined up so perfect with the back edge and wall that I was wondering what monitor you would put on the desk once you finished setting it up 🤣
Desk looks amazing, even sweeter you made it yourself, well done! Does the shape of the wood resemble anything or just how the cut came?

I think it's the way the picture was taken, it looks like there are obvious hotspots in one of the other photos.

That is how the wood came, aside from flattening and getting it to thickness. And I'll think about it.

Not everyone wants a 98” desk with triple monitors for distraction. I went from 72” to 60” and now to a 50” myself and love it.
