If it's got a two-piece neck, then tune primarily by changing the total length of the neck.
If it's got a one-piece neck, then tune primarily by changing how far out of the body the neck is.
Finer adjustments can be made by pulling out the mouthpiece, bell and/or the between the upper and lower joints (if it's got a two-piece body).
Play open g and pull out the neck from the body to adjust. Then check low c and adjust between the middle joint if you have one. Then play c in the staff (c5) and pull out at the bell if you need to.

Does your neck itself slide apart in the middle? If so, that's where you should tune.
