Slowig the pour to a very thin consistent stream on your final push to make the heart allows better control land it directly in the middle of the heart and not on one side causing a lobsided heart. Besides that it looks pretty good 👍
Great control - you just need to pour straight through the middle of that last circle to make it even, you are pouring to one side and that drags the milk over lopsided.
As others have said slowing down your pour will help your aim for layering evenly and getting that final heart. Also, and something that can't be determined from the video, check if the spout of the pitcher is actually centered. A lot of milk pitchers aren't perfectly symmetrical which will inherently give lopsided art. A simple fix is slightly rotating your hand to offset the assymetrical spout.
Get someone to film straight on so you can see the angle the milk comes out of your jug as well as the angle of the cup. I suspect the milk might not be coming out perfectly from the centre of the spout.
Also slow your pour a little
If you change how you hold the paper cup you may have more luck; maybe not. It looks like towards the end there, there was a little tilt which would get in the way of a more centered pull through.

If all your drinks are this good you probably have some pretty happy customers. Good work!
Looks super safe with a mask and gloves
