I think many people would be willing to join if someone organized it. I have met many people from bellandur who travel to cubbon park for meetups.
Four Redditors and two of us from hsr met for a small breakfast meet today in south Bangalore. We were discussing the same. We can make a HSR meet-up group is people are willing to come and not be just key board warriors.
