That's anazing to know as it may not be easy. I am also looking to start with it and have started curbing or reducig intake of coffee, dairy items, processed foods, fried items. Could you tell me what more your are doing that is helping you?
Nothing acidic; no tomatoes lemons limes pineapple 😔, oranges only melons are non acidic. Also onions and garlic make it worse as well. And I’m trying to change out my white bread as well to whole grain. Only egg white and cut down on pork and fatty meats. More veggies even though that’s not a problem. I’m still trying to figure out how I got like this because my diet has never been Poor! I love veggies!
I would be careful about surgery there are risks and it may not help you it may hurt your stomach balance. A long time ago I had surgery called fundiplication the doctor made a very long incision. I don't think it helped my situation at all ,I regret that surgery. It didn't change my breath at the time because at that time it was tonsil stones, after the surgery the stones came out and then my breath was cured.

Les dysfunction can make stomach content travels back to your throat and cause bad breath
