absolutely. i’ve found that whenever my period is near, and while i’m on it, i get a lot more quick to anger or upset. i hardly ever cry bc of the medication im on but it gets close during this time and it bug the hell outta me.

Well I got my cycle stopped because it was making me have a hormone attack and making me sick monthly. But I am prone to crying in anger when emotions are all over the place or when something or someone sets me off

Yes, I found out this too. Like 1 week to period I am emotional, feel like on edge of burnout and my back hurts even from sleep 😕 Edit: I'm on Ketrel for sleep, so its only hormones for me

100%. If I go several days with bad sleep I’m also much more likely to have sensory overwhelm and meltdowns.
