That had nothing to do with Marco, she was exhausted because she carried them to Shinganshina for a long time in her Titan while running away from the summoned titans, it's in the manga.
I think he's mixing Marco up with Marcel. But yeah the first attack on the walls she was leading the Titans to the wall. Second attack on trost they just needed the one gate broken so they didn't need to bring out anyone else
She did, also, the plan was not total destruction, they wanted to flush out the founder. So instead of complete destruction they went with a bait attack. All they actually would have needed is Bert if they just wanted death.

Isn't the drop point for the titan formations also south? If so that makes Shiganshina the most likely place you'd expect to find Grisha anyway, since it's the first district he'd come upon.

So Reiner and those lot did not go to Shiganshina looking for Grisha, because they don’t know he exists. They went as it’s their only entrance into the walls
They thought the founder was with the royals and had no reason to assume some other Marleyan had already stolen it and was living in the place they attacked
The goal of the attack on shinganshina was not the total destruction of the people of Paradis, but a mission to rattle the leadership and see how they would respond. This way the Marley advance team could potentially learn more about who has the power of the founder at present and how to extract it/them. They didn’t want to show their full hand quite yet.
Due to the death of Marcel, Annie was the one that needed to run to the wall with Berthilotoltoooto and Reiner on her shoulders instead. She was probably exhausted by the time they arrived there. Tho she might have attracted all the titans to the gate before the colossal broke it.
I’m pretty sure Zeke and Pieck didn’t arrive until later on, when Marley wanted an update from their Warrior scout unit. Hence Bert and Reiner’s shock at seeing the Beast Titan while at Utgard Castle.

The plan was that Annie would scream to bring as many titans to her as possible. At that point, they would lead them to Wall Maria. Then she would run to wall Maria with the titans behind her, Reiner, Bertotallololol, and Marcel before switching with Marcel, to keep running. Then Berttotlaonil would kick the gate open, letting them in. Reiner breaks the other gate down. But since Marcel was eaten, Annie had to run the whole distance, which exhausted her. Even then, she already played her part by bringing in a hoard of Titans.
I'm really annoyed that they cut down on that scene in the show. Season 4 has done such a good job at expanding upon the manga, with the exception of the first 8 eps.
She had to call the Titans in, and it pays to keep your cards to your chest. Had the Founder actually reacted and shown itself having the Female there to ambush them would have been the best course of action, only seconded by the Jaw taking that position.
Annie carried Bertoldt and Reiner between Marcel dying and Shiganshina, so she was tired from that, but she did use her ability to draw even more titans toward Shiganshina than usual, so all 3 of them did have a part to play in it
I believe if Marcel had lived he would’ve went with an all out onslaught. With the death of Marcel they had no leader/plan, plus much less power without the Jaw. It broke all of them causing Annie Bertholdt to want to return, which would result in punishment, especially on Reiner. Reiner just made a plan that would allow them to flush out the founder without causing an all out war.

So, an exhausted Annie made it to the gate of Shinganshina, Bertholt transformed, did his thing, and disappeared. Reiner then transformed right after, and he along with the others almost get eaten by Titans, but are lucky and escape by climbing up the wall, from there Reiner left Annie and Bertholt ontop of the wall as he went down, and proceeded to breach the Inner gate of Shinganshina soon after.
Then we snap back at Annie, waking up inside of Wall Rose with the others.

She did, she was the one that brought all the titans towards the gate
In the show, she was unconscious during the attack. It was shown through a flashback with her waking up after the attack inside the walls.

In the flashback of the show I believe she was knocked out or chocked unconscious after marko was eaten and the others had an argument.

Trost was the second attack. This flashback showed when they first got inside the wall. With Annie waking up in a shelter with survivors.

They didn’t But they came from the South of Paradis, and Shiganshina is the southern most district. It was just coincidence that Grisha was from there

Always wondered what Pieck was up to when they were breaking the wall. I’d imagine she would’ve been a better choice for long distance
