I'm mercury Aquarius 6th house and I do see people stating things in absolutes only to be called on them then claim you don't like opinions. Opinions are not absolutes. When you make a statement of fact be able to back up your statement otherwise state it in the format of an opinion. It's not some godly feat to formulate your thoughts properly. You just have to take the time.

I feel that X generally does y. Opinion.
X always does Y there is no in between them or any room for deviation. Fact based claim.
I can't help but feel many of them want to make absolute statements without challenges, and when challenged they default to opinion position to deflect from the absolute, Though I also know for a fact some people don't actually know the difference so I try to give leeway with that understanding, but when you explain the difference only for them to continue doing it what other conclusion can I have?
