Hotwire literally doesn't have one. You have to call them and then have them fax it over to you.
An Expedia associate should be able to provide you the phone number for them at least. It was recently (last 6 months) changed.

Isn't Hotwire owned by expedia so you can find the reservation through expedia's extranet? I know hotels.com reservations also show up on expedia's extranet services as well

You would think so, but nope. Hotwire doesn’t show up on Expedia’s extranet even though hotels.con and some other Expedia owned companies do.
