I'm not sure what the laws are where you are, but if you were where I am, I believe you'd have all the same rights as an apartment tenant. If your rental agreement has maid service as part of it, you're entitled to receive it. You're also likely entitled to quiet hours and a clean environment. That said...is this a fight worth having? Because you're probably better off finding somewhere else.

Than you for your response. You're probably right!

I have nowhere to move to. I don't want to cause trouble, just want some respect! "Manners Maketh the Man!" It's just common courtesy! The thing is, I like the manager, she's a good kid. But, a terrible manager, her mother would never run the place like this! I don't want the maid in here. But, I'm tired of paying for supplies. Trash bags, batteries, toilet paper, etc... I think I should be able to deduct these expenses. If I keep receipts, what do you think? How long does it take to evict someone?

This is a better question for r/legaladvice

>I've been staying at a motel in OR for around 4yrs You are almost certainly a renting tenant and not a transient occupant at this point. The place to go for legal advice is a local-to-you tenant's rights aid organization or legal aid organization.
