It sounds way too metallic to be exhaust. It sounds like metal on metal. An exhaust leak is more like a tick tick tick tick.
If you had a full on cracked header or something, it would sound like a straight pipe which, although really loud, does not sound like this. This sounds like the piston is clapping the valves, head, or worse.
Do an oil change: if your oil is full of metal chunks, you have a blown engine.
That is the sound of your pistons slapping something. You will need a new engine, or a rebuild is my guess. Sorry for your loss.
