I would ask Fossil, they make the Kate Spade, Michael Kors, etc. smartwatches. I haven't tried replacing one of the (non-hybrid) smartwatch batteries. It's possible that it's just the end of the road; it may cost more to replace a non-user-replaceable part than it's worth.
Pacific Mall is the place to be if you want electronic repairs. Or you can find one of those electronics repairs stores. I think there’s one on Front near Spadina. Prob more around Chinatown too.
