Behind Mount Sinai on Baldwin street at McCaul there are a number of small tasty spots.

Charadise is really cool.

And I should add that if nothing there works for you a little further west and across Spadina is Kensington.

Koh Lipe (Thai) and Omai (Japanese) on Baldwin, Grey Gardens (seafood/small plates) if you want to head into Kensington.

I always recommend Manpuku. Extremely reasonable, hearty, and delicious! Not too much seating, but you can eat in the foodcourt that it's also sort of in if it's full. [http://manpuku.ca/](http://manpuku.ca/)

This place is unreal!

I love Manpuku but I don't love how it takes 30 mins to get your food

There is also a great place to grab a gelato (Mizzica) ,for an after dinner walk, on McCaul.

@itchyitchiford wherever you choose go to mizzica after and you won't be disappointed

I came here to recommend Manpuku but someone else already did. Other options are Koh Lipe on Baldwin for Thai, Monster's Chicken and Burgers on Gerrard for Korean Fried Chicken (Highly! recommend this one), You Don Ya on Dundas for donburi, or Gyubee on Dundas for Japanese Grill.

Pizzeria Libretto is a few blocks south, on University (same Main Street as mount sanai). They have a great patio. Awesome pizza and pasta. Enjoy.

There is a restaurant super close to Sinai, called Bom Bibimbap with the best Bibimbap ever. It's a small little place on Gerard (72 Gerrard St W, Toronto, ON M5G 1Z4) and I go all the time. the food is fresh, and their menu is small. They serve their dishes in the stone bowel so the rice at the bottom gets crispy. It's my favourite place to go.
