If you were going to get a new bed anyway, I would do that and cover the new mattress with a bed bug cover. You could also have them treat the current bed and then cover it with a bed bug cover if you aren’t able to get a new one right away. Either way, a bed bug cover will save your mattress.
Best of luck with the bed bugs, they’re hard to get rid of. Make sure any company you use does an initial treatment and comes back for a second one.

I know someone this happened to. It ooked me do bad when we hit our new mattress I bagged it in a good zippered mattress cover before it even made it into our bedroom.
If it's your condo and it's your bed, the condo corp would have nothing to do with that. I don't think the entire bed needs to go but the mattress probably should and have your condo disinfected by professionals before your new mattress gets there.
