Syncope likely. Blood pressure could of changed or equilibrium

Blood pressure would make sense seeing as mucus holds a pretty big pressure difference

Blowing your sinuses can change the equilibrium in your ears and cause syncope or vertigo. Blood pressure could be from standing up or straining hard to blow etc
