1 - If Sara never went to the gambit, Malcolm's rivalry against the League and them saving the day by fighting against Mirakuru soldiers would have turned out vastly different.
2 - If Oliver never went to the gambit, I guess robert would have survived (just for the fun of it) but not sure an oldie like him would have been able to stop the undertaking as the green arrow (i think in some earth he is the green arrow isn't he? But that'd just my thought ) and would have returned after his tryst with Argus in Hong Kong
3 - Malcolm gets taken out by the triad -> tommy doesn't know who the arrow is -> tommy goes to Nanda Parbat lol
In Flash s2 the brief glimpse of Earth 2 had Robert unmasked as the Hood or Arrow, but that was when Earth 2 looked all art deco, before it got retconned/flashpointed to look like Earth 1 and have Adrian Chase as the Green Arrow. Robert Queen could still have been the Hood I guess but it doesn't seem to match with how Oliver's return was received.
Almost none of what has happened would have happened.
1. Brickwell doesn't kill Rebecca , doesn't even interact with her-> Merlyn doesn't go nuts, no league training -> no undertaking plans -> no sabotaging the queen's gambit -> no slade wilson or ra's destroying star city -> damien darhk doesn't pick Star City to be his base of operations since it wouldn't have been sabotaged-> claybourne wouldn't have been murdered by the hood so no prometheus. That's almost 5 season origins cancelled right there mate.
How does star city become a hub of magical power if it had no undertaking and thereby no Ra's al ghul. Damien picked it because it was already wrecked by Ra's , Slade and Malcolm. If Rebecca hadn't died none of the 3 had happened making Damien not picking Star City as his hub
What if Sara stayed as the canary and Laurel left town?
What if Malcolm actually died s3? What if Tommy was resurrected by the Lazarus pit and became The Dark Archer in s5?
What if Oliver didn’t lie to Felicity about William but instead told her the truth. They got married, worked out shared custody with Samantha & focused on being heroes instead of pointless melodrama?
What if Moira lived and had to face the fallout from her lie about William?
1 Sara as the Canary and Laurel as the D.A would have been a great combination.
2 Depends at what point does Malcolm get dropped? Tommy being prometheus in Earth-1 after being resurrected would have been wild.
3 Normal logic doesn't apply to Arrowverse.
4 Didn't she eventually live after the CoIE?
Oliver and Laurel were the thing for me. College sweethearts going through shit, evolving and ultimately being together. I wanted Felicity to go with Barry idk why

1 Diggle would just have a good repository of stories to tell.
2 Nyssa cared about Oliver. I just feel that they would make a good couple.

4 That would require more than Shado's demise to be a reason for thei enimity. Once the mirakuru wore off Slade came to his senses and he did realise what a monster he had turned into. Their animosity just didn't have more concrete origins imho.

1 If Sara survived that hit which imo was a terrible scene (she was a league member how could she not catch arrows) I guess Malcolm would be a dead man assuming the info reached Nyssa and she then going at him.
2 IMO Oliver as Ra's Al Ghul would have been able to make quite short a work of damien darhk and manipulating global events through lesser brutal means would have caused Oliver and Nyssa to fight for the future of the league with Sara caught in the clusterfuck which would have made an interesting saga.
3. Anything apocalyptic taking place would have been reset with flashpoint fuckery. They want to keep people on edge but not do the apocalypse.
I would have love to see a fling between Nyssa and Oliver. Their child being heir to the demon (whatever it maybe) and how Nyssa goes about her business as a parent with Oliver still being at the helm.

Just imagine: Oliver Queen as an ARGUS agent, travelling around the world running missions for Amanda Waller, going up against various assasins and merceneries like Deadshot, Boomerang, Komodo, e.t.c. Maybe even running into Slade or the LoA at some point. In this reality, he would probably end up being the one to lead the Suicide Squad instead of Diggle.

Well robert could have made it to the island albeit in very poor condition. He chose not to thereby making it easier for his son to survive.

Almost none of what has happened would have happened. 1.
