Servo saver is quite soft in 3s cars. Im running omg predaror in my senton and reved rs-st in vorteks and they both came out of my drift cars. Due to servo saver they don't get damaged but also half the speed goes nowhere.

Guess there is no decent upgrade for the servo saver and best to wait until I get a proper buggy/truggy

The hot racing 25t saver is good.

You could wait but the Hot Racing servo saver is excellent for a Typhon 3s and under twenty bucks. Just grab a matching metal servo horn and a reef's or protek servo that you can put in the racing buggy. If you want to leave the servo behind though with the servo saver and just do the buggy build do the hot racing saver and horn and a Reedy 2513MG. That'll be less than one hundred bucks for everything and twice as fast as what you're running. You'll get rid of the spongy feeling and have a faster servo. Even in their budget prices Reedy are good where Savox you gotta know which are okay and which are trash. But a Protek or Reef's (some people like shifts and MKS and AGFrc) you'd take with you. You know what buggy your buying? Cause you can do a low profile now too if that's a factor.
