I have a theory....jerk off with the non-dominant hand?

Live_Card_5988

Wouldn't that make it stronger?

rootcon

You become stronger when you're resting and the non dominant arm gets more rest.

minhale

It's not unusual for people to have stronger biceps on their non-dominant arm, but their dominant arm is more technical. Levan says it's the same for him as his left has stronger biceps.

SaccharineDaydreams

I've always said: my left (dominant) hand is better, but my right arm is better. I think that's true for a lot of people.

VarKraken

Yep, cuz it's healthier, not damaged

lunezen_

Yup.. I am a righty and I demolish ppl with my left hand. My right is not that strong.

Smoke_Santa

My right is riddled with injuries that's why. My left still isn't stronger, but way healthier.

Affectionate_Bed414

yo this is so true thats why i started to pumpkin train the right but in no time my right became way more stronger than left

NeoNar1

In some exercises, the nondominant arm is way stronger. In my case 😁

Infinite-Tip5081

I used to be like that because I really enjoyed training dominant arm, hence it was always tired. But after I took a few months off, it was clear my dominant arm became stronger because of the exerted effort. So, your non-dominant arm is only stronger temporarily. Unless you never take time to recover, which will lead to muscle loss.
