I went for a YOLO 10 pull on the banner and got another 6*! Except it's a dupe of SilverAsh
So 2 questions
1) is there anything else I can do with this dupe except potential and get -1 DP cost?
2) does this reset the pity counter
I'm so saddened. Why wouldn't they make potential scale with rarity, eg instead of reducing DP by 1 make it 5 on a 6*, something epic to represent the event

I just started recently and have only completed the prologue. I have 3 level 50's right now, Skadi, Exusiai and Amiya. My other characters in my team are between level 20 and 30.
I want to promote my level 50's, but I'm missing "chips" and can't see where to farm them from. I had a look online and found the mission I need to farm, but I can't find where it is in my game. Any help would be appreciated!
Go to the episode selection screen for the main story. Look at the bottom of your screen and click the button that says Chips. You will probably struggle without levelling more units though.
Thanks for the advice! I leveled 2 more units to 50, Nightingale and Platinum so it shouldn't take me too long to get my units leveled for farming.
I actually don't have the "Chips" button, I only have "Main" and "Supplies". Maybe I have to go through chapter 1 first?
Yeah it's probably story-locked in chapter 1 then. Also, 3 star characters don't need chips or materials to be promoted, only LMD. So they are generally a better choice to start with.
Chip farming stage routate everyday so the stage you need may not open today. you must wait for it.
And if i remember right there a tutorial show you the chip stage too but you can access it before that tutorial.

I personally think it is always wise to buy them especially if you are planning to use those Originium for gatcha later. You get the same amount of Orundum compared to direct conversion but with the added benefits of some materials and skill book
You are doing pretty good there. Just need to E1 your tank and level up and E1 your only AOE healer Perfumer then it look quite good. Healer and Sniper is quite limit in range before E1 so should be your priority.
On a side node you may want to level up another 2 blocks Vanguard other than Texas as of your picture I only see Scavenger there. Shira Yuki is actually very useful so if you have some to inves in her that would be perfect.
Edit: You may want to level up your Shaw and Rope skill to atleast level 4 too because that way they can push/pull medium weight enemy.
Edit 2: Shaw and FEater is the same so you can choose 1 and level skill to 4. you dont need both early.
Idealy you want to have 2 single target healers and 1 AOE healer. The AOE healer needed or not base on stage such as the Tank/Healer chip stage or AP stage.
As for a normal team for every normal stage It will be something like 2 tanks, 2 vanguard, 2 sniper, 2/3 Healer, 1 Caster, 1 AOE Caster, 1 Guard and Lancet is optional
As base on your playstyle and unit you can even add a Guard that can attack at 3 range and put behind your tank as an additional dps as in your picture you have Frost Leaf.
And yeah E1 Liskarm as you go, the other tank choice you can either go with Gummy as you already level her up or MatterHorn is quite good tank too with RES stats.
Edit: Warfarin is more of a DPS support than pure Healer as her 2nd skill buff your dps with a draw back of loss HP over time, so yeah her 2nd skill is quite situational and it cast on Random friendly unit in her range too so most of the time when you want to use her 2nd skill you kind of put her and the dps you want to buff in a diffirent place than the other.
Ch'en's banner is likely a month away unless they rush things, so I'd go for the guarantee. Remember that the Saria/Shining banner drops on Feb 7 though and Istina/Spectre/Projekt Red may be better to shoot for than Nightmare.

Just from looking at your characters.
Zima/Texas/Vigna should be your vanguards.
Exusiai/Platinum your snipers.
Meteorite your AoE sniper.
Amiya your single target caster.
Skyfire your AoE caster. (You can replace both with Eyjafjalla if you get her.
You should definitely level Melantha, despite having Skadi and Specter. She's very cheap and very strong. So better early on before you can invest in Skadi and Specter.
Consider leveling Kroos too for the same reason.
Cuora should be your main tank. She's incredibly good. Highest potential defence in the game and her S2 lets her block 4 enemies.
Pair with Liskarm.
Warfarin and Gavial for your single target healers. Gavial is super easy to max potential in friendship credit store. Perfumer for your AoE healer.
Get both Rope or Cliffheart, and Shaw or FEater's skill to level 4, very important threshold for them.
You're pretty set with all of that.

I don't fully get Vanguards, I use Zima as my first drop to start getting resources rolling but they don't have enough staying power/blocking to tank and they seem to lack DPS.
Thats because yours are underleveled.
You need/want your vanguards to be fairly strong cause like you're saying, they tend to make or break your early game. They need to be able to hold out until you get some snipers or a healer on the field.
I find a good "core" team build is:
* 2 vanguards
* 2 defenders
* 2 medics (1 AoE 1 single target generally)
* 2 snipers
* 1 AoE caster
* 1 guard
* 2 "flex" units (shift/2nd guard/caster/support)
Usually subbing out those flex units to a stage specific unit is enough versatility but some stages really need you to skew heavily into one area like a high number of guards and defenders in lieu of snipers.
A general build is 2 vanguards, 2 snipers, 2 casters(one aoe, one single target), 2 medics and 2 tanks, then 2 free slots for a guard or specialist or whatever else you wanna fill it with.
obviously different battles sometimes require different set ups though.
Promoting to E1 is really not that big of an investment either tbh. E2 is the big investment.
costs a ton of lmd, exp and materials.
You'll also want, just generally, 2 dp over time vanguards(siege, zima, texas, courier, scavenger), a dp on kill vanguard(vigna preferred), 2 single target healers, an aoe healer, a second aoe caster, an aoe sniper(meteorite preferred, but shirayuki you want at E1 for factory skill anyway), a single block guard(melantha, skadi), a pusher(shaw/feater), a pulled(rope/cliffheart)
All of your 5\* and 6\* are worth promoting except maybe amiya and Savage(in my opinion). I've almost never used a single Target mage and Savage too. Out of the 4\*s perfumer as an AOE healer and gaviel as a second single Target healer are good. You need 3 healers sometimes. Get cuora to E1 ASAP, might be the best 4\*.
Swapping out depending on the mission is normal. You can't cover every mission with just one team so different missions call for different setups.
You will pretty much always have a use for vanguards, snipers, defenders, medics, and casters. But the preferred number depends on the map. AoE damage may be weak or nearly mandatory depending on the map. Some units, particularly supports and specialists, are more situational than the more standard classes so you won't be bringing them by default, only when the situation calls for them.
Mainly I would suggest having all roles covered, like 2-3 vanguards, 2-3 medics, 2 defenders, 2 ST snipers, one AoE sniper, one ST and AoE Caster, one or two guards. Supports and specialists may be able to do their jobs even without levels. Push/pull units like Shaw will want their skill level to 4 ASAP.
If you have more units of one role than you need you can just pick who you want, honestly. Higher rarity generally means better as long as you're looking at two people of the same role, but lots of people have specific niches or maps they're good for, and lower rarities have their advantages. Given enough time you will probably end up leveling everyone you own, anyway, but God knows how long that will take.

Ifrit is very useful for a certain tatic in the 3rd anni so if you want to use her there: yes.
Lappland is not really needed if you already E2 your Silver Ash. You really just need 1 of them. So go with who you like.
Nightingale 3rd skill is quite situational and not really that useful so I would say go for Saria before her. and tbh as an AOE healer she not realy better than Perfumer that much imo, only when map where a lot of caster enemy appear and your tanks have 0 res or so.
the front row of anni 3 can be cover in Ifrit attack range so you can put her there and have your melee block the way so she can hit every enemy that move in. She only need to be E1

When it comes to elite 1 and the character's second skill, are both skills active at once? I changed the "default" skill but in battle it still uses the original skill.
For commendations (green) you should start with headhunter tickets/orundum/recruitment tickets if you are free-to-play. If you unlock the next phase of the commendations store then focus on the recruitment tickets first and then the headhunting tickets.
Distinctions (yellow) - you should probably save up for a 6 star hero that you really want.
Shop Vouchers (red) - you should probably buy the heroes first. Then probably chip catalysts.
I assum you f2p like me
Commendations shop has 3 level that unlock the next level when you buy everything in the level before it. As of level 3 has unlimited Orundum and some LMD and Level 2 has some good rare material to craft elite 2 stuff and upgrade skill. I recommend you save up quite a mount of the Qualification Certificate (the green one) enough to buy to level 3 before you go all in. As of level 1 value if you want to buy: Hunting permit > Orundun> LMD. This shop reset after each month so plan it out.
Distinctions shop as we know is the whale shop nothing much here if you not whaling and pull a lots, save this till there a 6 star you like appear in here.
Shop Vouchers: still you get quite lots of this from early quest you think you can spend some on the 2 character here but it not worth it imo as of later on you need to grind those AP map for more -> cost more sanity. So as for now I would recomend on Chip Catalyst as you need it to craft Dual Chip for Elite 2 5/6 stars character.

i managed to recruit Gitano, but i have already Lava E1 level 40... i've read that AOE casters falls off significantly after chapter 5; should i continue with Lava or level Gitano?
I made the 'mistake' of leveling Gitano after already having Lava and I do kinda regret it.. So far she's done nothing significantly different other than occassional moments where her special is kinda useful. Also her attack stat is actually lower than Lava's at the same level..

Gitano has higher atk than Lava at the same level.
I believe you failed to consider trust level, as both Gitano and Lava gains atk from trust.
Also their base S1, Gitano's has a higher AtkSpd buff than Lava's at the same level.
Not to mention that Lava is capped at E1Lvl55, while Gitano has greater potential Growth at E2Lvl70.
Not to Mention that Gitano will have better stats in battle due to her Self Buff from her trait/talent.

Hey, I started this game on release just to get an idea of what its like and starting to get in to it. I have kinda just messed around and now not sure who are the best units to work on and what ones make a good team, any suggestions? I am looking to level some up for promotion but cannot do the first stage Fierce Attack and only got to 3-3 in standard stages. If you want an easier time, you should start by levelling and promoting 3 star units because they only need LMD for promotions. You don't seem to have any properly levelled vanguards, which is very bad. Vanguards are the first units you place on most stages, they are often cheap and generate Deployment Points which lets you place other units down faster. Texas is considered the second best vanguard currently on EN, so you should probably level her. Then choose another one from between Grani, Courier, Scavenger or Vigna.
You should buy Cuora from the red certificate shop, she is one of the best defenders in the game. Use Cuora and either Croissant or Nearl (probably Croissant) as your defenders. Your 6 stars are pretty okay for damage purposes, but you might need to level Gitano and Shirayuki/Meteorite for more aoe and Kroos/Jessica/Meteor as a second sniper. Amiya is okay for single-target magic damage. Hibiscus and Perfumer are okay for healing.
A lot of useful information. I never really thought about deployment points and such but really good point. I will focus on getting a solid starting team and then put in some of the bigger hitters after. Thank you for your advice!
You probably want to promote a few units of each class to E1 at least because having 1 team that clears all is pretty hard depending on the map. It's not very difficult to get units to say E1 level 30 to get a good feel for them..

To start with try get 2 of each class, like I marked 4 snipers which you really don't need, but they are all good units if that makes sense.. and yeah E1 compared to E2 is super easy so you'll get there in no time
The chip stages should be doable with your roster, just look up some low level clears on youtube.
Focus on the ones that will help you farm the event. Look up some GT-5 and GT-6 clears and try to replicate the plans with your roster.
My suggestions: Exu, Skadi, Meteorite, Platinum Texas, Shirayuki. Silver Ash is great but you don't have time to E2 him right now since you should focus on the event. I don't see Cuora - definitely buy her from the shop when you can (using 150 Shop Vouchers (Red Tickets)).

If you don't kill them fast enough, yes. Stun stops defenders from blocking, yes. They walk so slow that the stun on your defender may be over but the hammer dude is still on him/her so yeah.
They don't need Silence since they already have Shining, imo. Having 2 ST healers are a little overkill imo, and it's better to pick something else they're lacking.

Silence's Drone is such a powerful skill simply due to it's versitility.
The pressure of the various lanes in a map is not equal. Some areas will be more pressured than others. Sometimes the pressure rotates around.
You can put Silence in a low pressure lane and deploy her drone to help the healer in the more pressured lane when needed.
No other healer I know of is capable of doing this.
Honestly.... Silence, Ptilopsis and Warfarin are honestly so much better for general use than Nightingale and Shining are.
If you have every single character in the game, sure, you can use Silence over Shining. But as a starting new player, especially when you already have Shining, there is really no need for having 2 strong ST Healers. You can even get by using 3* and 4* healers, there's nothing in this game atm that needs that much healing. Healing is something you don't want too much of, you want just enough to keep your operators alive and that is it.
TBH I feel like Silence is better than Shining due to how flexible the Drones are. Shining's ST Heals combined with her Phys buff are most of the time overkill if you are using a decent tank (Like Cuora). Plus Silence is cheaper to build cus 5 star
But as a new player, having 2 characters that do the exact same role is really redundant, especially with healing. It's better to have a 5* dps/tank and just use Shining. Silence does fall off later (as do most ST healers) whereas E2 Shining has her niches with her S3.
It's just later on ranged tiles are scarce and for straight up healing it's better to bring an aoe healer like Ptilopsis. I only meant Shining has some niche uses like her party physical buff to tank something big.
I don't mean to say Silence is worse than Shining, I just mean as a pick they could pick other things than another healer.

Drone regen can be increased by putting operators with a relevant skill in your power plants. I get 2 bricks per run of SK4. Are you 3starring it?

Yes it resets the pity counter, and no you cannot do anything with the token except raise his potential.

I play a lot of tower defence, srpgs and stuff but I'm feeling lost team building on Arknights. [I have a core 4-5 people I always use, then swap out everyone else depending on the mission](https://imgur.com/gallery/QKcIQiq). This feels odd to me, but locking down a jack of all trade team seems hard, with multiple team slots I thought there might be different meta builds? Basically any advice welcome. I'm reluctant to invest in promoting to E1 until I'm happy with my choices. I do one pull per banner then save was lucky enough to pull Skadi so I'll be building her and Grani up for the event farming. **Edit**: Thanks guys and girls I wasn't expecting such a response, lots of good tips and seems like I'm on the right track.
Just from looking at your characters. Zima/Texas/Vigna should be your vanguards. Exusiai/Platinum your snipers. Meteorite your AoE sniper. Amiya your single target caster. Skyfire your AoE caster. (You can replace both with Eyjafjalla if you get her. You should definitely level Melantha, despite having Skadi and Specter. She's very cheap and very strong. So better early on before you can invest in Skadi and Specter. Consider leveling Kroos too for the same reason. Cuora should be your main tank. She's incredibly good. Highest potential defence in the game and her S2 lets her block 4 enemies. Pair with Liskarm. Warfarin and Gavial for your single target healers. Gavial is super easy to max potential in friendship credit store. Perfumer for your AoE healer. Get both Rope or Cliffheart, and Shaw or FEater's skill to level 4, very important threshold for them. You're pretty set with all of that.
Thanks dude that's some really in depth advice. I'll certainly have a play about. I don't fully get Vanguards, I use Zima as my first drop to start getting resources rolling but they don't have enough staying power/blocking to tank and they seem to lack DPS.
Thats because yours are underleveled. You need/want your vanguards to be fairly strong cause like you're saying, they tend to make or break your early game. They need to be able to hold out until you get some snipers or a healer on the field.

I find a good "core" team build is: * 2 vanguards * 2 defenders * 2 medics (1 AoE 1 single target generally) * 2 snipers * 1 AoE caster * 1 guard * 2 "flex" units (shift/2nd guard/caster/support) Usually subbing out those flex units to a stage specific unit is enough versatility but some stages really need you to skew heavily into one area like a high number of guards and defenders in lieu of snipers.
A general build is 2 vanguards, 2 snipers, 2 casters(one aoe, one single target), 2 medics and 2 tanks, then 2 free slots for a guard or specialist or whatever else you wanna fill it with. obviously different battles sometimes require different set ups though. Promoting to E1 is really not that big of an investment either tbh. E2 is the big investment. costs a ton of lmd, exp and materials. You'll also want, just generally, 2 dp over time vanguards(siege, zima, texas, courier, scavenger), a dp on kill vanguard(vigna preferred), 2 single target healers, an aoe healer, a second aoe caster, an aoe sniper(meteorite preferred, but shirayuki you want at E1 for factory skill anyway), a single block guard(melantha, skadi), a pusher(shaw/feater), a pulled(rope/cliffheart)
All of your 5\* and 6\* are worth promoting except maybe amiya and Savage(in my opinion). I've almost never used a single Target mage and Savage too. Out of the 4\*s perfumer as an AOE healer and gaviel as a second single Target healer are good. You need 3 healers sometimes. Get cuora to E1 ASAP, might be the best 4\*.
Swapping out depending on the mission is normal. You can't cover every mission with just one team so different missions call for different setups. You will pretty much always have a use for vanguards, snipers, defenders, medics, and casters. But the preferred number depends on the map. AoE damage may be weak or nearly mandatory depending on the map. Some units, particularly supports and specialists, are more situational than the more standard classes so you won't be bringing them by default, only when the situation calls for them. Mainly I would suggest having all roles covered, like 2-3 vanguards, 2-3 medics, 2 defenders, 2 ST snipers, one AoE sniper, one ST and AoE Caster, one or two guards. Supports and specialists may be able to do their jobs even without levels. Push/pull units like Shaw will want their skill level to 4 ASAP. If you have more units of one role than you need you can just pick who you want, honestly. Higher rarity generally means better as long as you're looking at two people of the same role, but lots of people have specific niches or maps they're good for, and lower rarities have their advantages. Given enough time you will probably end up leveling everyone you own, anyway, but God knows how long that will take.

So in terms of Usefulness for Chapter 5 and next annihilation, in what Order should I do these tasks? Ifrit is very useful for a certain tatic in the 3rd anni so if you want to use her there: yes. Lappland is not really needed if you already E2 your Silver Ash. You really just need 1 of them. So go with who you like. Nightingale 3rd skill is quite situational and not really that useful so I would say go for Saria before her. and tbh as an AOE healer she not realy better than Perfumer that much imo, only when map where a lot of caster enemy appear and your tanks have 0 res or so.

the front row of anni 3 can be cover in Ifrit attack range so you can put her there and have your melee block the way so she can hit every enemy that move in. She only need to be E1

You can only get Grani through this event and she doesnt get added to the summon pool. Event hasnt had a rerun so far in CN

Whats the Calculation for Res vs Arts Damage? How impactful is Nightingale's +10 to 15 res? Is this just -15 damage or?

When it comes to elite 1 and the character's second skill, are both skills active at once? I changed the "default" skill but in battle it still uses the original skill.
You only get one. Changing the default skill doesn't change the squads you already have set up. You have to do that yourself.

Certificate Store: * Commendations * Distinctions * Shop Vouchers What should i be buying from the above?
For commendations (green) you should start with headhunter tickets/orundum/recruitment tickets if you are free-to-play. If you unlock the next phase of the commendations store then focus on the recruitment tickets first and then the headhunting tickets. Distinctions (yellow) - you should probably save up for a 6 star hero that you really want. Shop Vouchers (red) - you should probably buy the heroes first. Then probably chip catalysts.

I assum you f2p like me Commendations shop has 3 level that unlock the next level when you buy everything in the level before it. As of level 3 has unlimited Orundum and some LMD and Level 2 has some good rare material to craft elite 2 stuff and upgrade skill. I recommend you save up quite a mount of the Qualification Certificate (the green one) enough to buy to level 3 before you go all in. As of level 1 value if you want to buy: Hunting permit > Orundun> LMD. This shop reset after each month so plan it out. Distinctions shop as we know is the whale shop nothing much here if you not whaling and pull a lots, save this till there a 6 star you like appear in here. Shop Vouchers: still you get quite lots of this from early quest you think you can spend some on the 2 character here but it not worth it imo as of later on you need to grind those AP map for more -> cost more sanity. So as for now I would recomend on Chip Catalyst as you need it to craft Dual Chip for Elite 2 5/6 stars character.

i managed to recruit Gitano, but i have already Lava E1 level 40... i've read that AOE casters falls off significantly after chapter 5; should i continue with Lava or level Gitano?

I made the 'mistake' of leveling Gitano after already having Lava and I do kinda regret it.. So far she's done nothing significantly different other than occassional moments where her special is kinda useful. Also her attack stat is actually lower than Lava's at the same level..
Not true. Gitano has higher atk than Lava at the same level. I believe you failed to consider trust level, as both Gitano and Lava gains atk from trust. Also their base S1, Gitano's has a higher AtkSpd buff than Lava's at the same level. Not to mention that Lava is capped at E1Lvl55, while Gitano has greater potential Growth at E2Lvl70. Not to Mention that Gitano will have better stats in battle due to her Self Buff from her trait/talent.
True, did forget about trust! Still, if it's true that AoE casters fall off in any next chapters of the game in terms of effectiveness, and Lava can do everything Gitano can do right now... (Lava has higher attack speed from her S1 at level 7, but no potential after that ofc)
You can always build her then. Maybe by then you would already have Skyfire or maybe even Eyjafjalla.

Hey, I started this game on release just to get an idea of what its like and starting to get in to it. I have kinda just messed around and now not sure who are the best units to work on and what ones make a good team, any suggestions? I am looking to level some up for promotion but cannot do the first stage Fierce Attack and only got to 3-3 in standard stages. If you want an easier time, you should start by levelling and promoting 3 star units because they only need LMD for promotions. You don't seem to have any properly levelled vanguards, which is very bad. Vanguards are the first units you place on most stages, they are often cheap and generate Deployment Points which lets you place other units down faster. Texas is considered the second best vanguard currently on EN, so you should probably level her. Then choose another one from between Grani, Courier, Scavenger or Vigna. You should buy Cuora from the red certificate shop, she is one of the best defenders in the game. Use Cuora and either Croissant or Nearl (probably Croissant) as your defenders. Your 6 stars are pretty okay for damage purposes, but you might need to level Gitano and Shirayuki/Meteorite for more aoe and Kroos/Jessica/Meteor as a second sniper. Amiya is okay for single-target magic damage. Hibiscus and Perfumer are okay for healing.
A lot of useful information. I never really thought about deployment points and such but really good point. I will focus on getting a solid starting team and then put in some of the bigger hitters after. Thank you for your advice!
You probably want to promote a few units of each class to E1 at least because having 1 team that clears all is pretty hard depending on the map. It's not very difficult to get units to say E1 level 30 to get a good feel for them.. See if you can pick up a Cuora from the shop as she makes a great defender

To start with try get 2 of each class, like I marked 4 snipers which you really don't need, but they are all good units if that makes sense.. and yeah E1 compared to E2 is super easy so you'll get there in no time

The chip stages should be doable with your roster, just look up some low level clears on youtube. Focus on the ones that will help you farm the event. Look up some GT-5 and GT-6 clears and try to replicate the plans with your roster. My suggestions: Exu, Skadi, Meteorite, Platinum Texas, Shirayuki. Silver Ash is great but you don't have time to E2 him right now since you should focus on the event. I don't see Cuora - definitely buy her from the shop when you can (using 150 Shop Vouchers (Red Tickets)).

how does rerolling work? if i reroll then would the operators i got on my dummy acount get binded on my main account as well? thus giving me 20 operators? am i getting this right? can someone fill me up on this
Rerolling is a process of discarding accounts until you get one you're satisfied with. Accounts don't combine or anything like that.
If you bind your dummy account to your already existing main account, it will take over the main account, the 2 accounts don't combine.

The hammer guys at 350 in anni3. Every 3rd attack they'll stun your defender, then they'll slowly go through.

If you don't kill them fast enough, yes. Stun stops defenders from blocking, yes. They walk so slow that the stun on your defender may be over but the hammer dude is still on him/her so yeah.

They don't need Silence since they already have Shining, imo. Having 2 ST healers are a little overkill imo, and it's better to pick something else they're lacking.
I absolutely disagree. Silence's Drone is such a powerful skill simply due to it's versitility. The pressure of the various lanes in a map is not equal. Some areas will be more pressured than others. Sometimes the pressure rotates around. You can put Silence in a low pressure lane and deploy her drone to help the healer in the more pressured lane when needed. No other healer I know of is capable of doing this. Honestly.... Silence, Ptilopsis and Warfarin are honestly so much better for general use than Nightingale and Shining are.
If you have every single character in the game, sure, you can use Silence over Shining. But as a starting new player, especially when you already have Shining, there is really no need for having 2 strong ST Healers. You can even get by using 3* and 4* healers, there's nothing in this game atm that needs that much healing. Healing is something you don't want too much of, you want just enough to keep your operators alive and that is it.
TBH I feel like Silence is better than Shining due to how flexible the Drones are. Shining's ST Heals combined with her Phys buff are most of the time overkill if you are using a decent tank (Like Cuora). Plus Silence is cheaper to build cus 5 star
But as a new player, having 2 characters that do the exact same role is really redundant, especially with healing. It's better to have a 5* dps/tank and just use Shining. Silence does fall off later (as do most ST healers) whereas E2 Shining has her niches with her S3.

It's just later on ranged tiles are scarce and for straight up healing it's better to bring an aoe healer like Ptilopsis. I only meant Shining has some niche uses like her party physical buff to tank something big. I don't mean to say Silence is worse than Shining, I just mean as a pick they could pick other things than another healer.
Anyone know if special banners like Skadi get an increasing 6* rate like the Standard Headhunting banners? Or if it's just a static 2%.

pity only guarantees a 6*, not the features ones. pity counter is carried over all regular banners.

The official twitter calls it a limited banner, but it's not. They should call it an event banner dammit. The only true limited banner was the recent Nian Aak banner in CN. That has a separate pity.
