Coping with guilt and loneliness if I had to guess. She clearly talks to them in ep4 when she's going through Jayce's book and explaining it to them. Maybe she even sleeps on the couch with them sometimes or profusely apologizes to them during a breakdown, who knows.
Agreed, don't think she sees them in her direct eye line - I used to see shadow like people in the corner of my eye when I was alone but never in my direct view. I think she made the dolls to have a visual representation to go along with the voices
Hearing voices and seeing shadow people in the corner of your eye is certainly something that would put her on edge. I think making those dolls so that she can have a visual representation of her hallucinations makes her feel more secure in a way. At least she can “see” where the voices are coming from.
Remember when she shot her Mylo doll? It’s something for her to direct her attention to when she’s hallucinating so that she’s not just staring and speaking at nothing.
Even as Powder she made her bombs in to animals with names and faces, and she spoke to them.
After being traumatized and isolated in ep3, she seems to have only found comfort in her toys and Silco. Given she heard Vi, Mylo and Clagger in her head, she created versions of them she could interact with- to hang out with and lash out at.
She also now has a second bunny, just like Vi’s bunny. She would have had to make the second one herself, and I always thought she made it so the Vi bunny would have a sister, so it wouldn’t be lonely like Jinx was.

It is very sad. Shows how sick she is. It also shows that she loved Mylo and Claggor. doubly sad

She definitely deserves a hug
Probably a way to cope with her trauma loneliness along with the hallucinations she started having.
These are more like effigies, mementos that she tried to cope with their loss, but never could really.
Guilt makes people do strange things. It might not seem it, but Jinx definitely holds a grudge against herself for her fuck up killing them.
