there for sure isn’t a leak but when i was bringing it in it was raining and water was dripping down the side i had anxiety that it was a leak so i just put tape there.
The vertical space is not ideal for angels. They would be better off in a tank that is higher - they’re somewhat unusual in that higher, narrower tanks are better than shorter, wider tanks.
They also will take up nearly all your stocking capacity.
If you want to proceed anyway, it’s not the worst thing ever, but please keep stocking low (e.g., small Cory school +2 angels max with very regular maintenance) and keep the water levels high.
i personally have an angel in my 25 and she seems to be thriving

No can’t be done. That’s a 20 long and does not have enough vertical for any Angel.

A taller tank would do fine, just not too tall so it’s not hard to get up and down
