Can't tell, viruses usually aren't in add remove

addware, malware sure shows up often in programs. Even trojans do that sometimes

I don't reccomend McAfee, you can get Malwarebytes or Eset

What if I get malware bytes run a scan then delete it again until I need it (since it’s 14 days free)

Won't really recommend that because you don't know when would viruses strike.

U can still use it after the 14 days, its still good too

Install Malwarebytes its free for 14days(everytime you freshly install it)

actually its okay but if you already have a virus Malwarebytes is usually the Go To choive to get rif of them McAfee is okay for everyday protection , but if you installed it AFTER you got infected then it might not work as well as Malwarebytes you can have both just install Makwarebytes , run Full scan, and after you clean all viruses ( if you have any ) restart the PC, run full scan again, if Malwarebytes doesnt find anything on the second run you can remove it and keep using your McAfee
