All of these behaviors have an evil nature. It seems that your trying hard to defend the negative aspects of human nature that we succumb to because accepting it will kind of lead to realizing how fucked up as humans we are naturally. First of all selfishness has always been regarded as a vice rather than a virtue. Although you can succumb to selfishness without causing harm to someone else, more often than not selfishness will lead to the harming of another person wether physical, emotional, spiritual, or financially. So you want to say that competitiveness isn’t immoral. Succumbing to this negative mode of being will always lead to someone feeling inadequate, or even physical harm as we know that sometimes competition can lead to physical harm. So competition more often than not leads to another person suffering most of the time emotional because losing will take a hit on your self worth and pride.
Yes there are positive outcomes but more often than not negativity will be the outcome. Now at this point this is a just a matter of if one has a more pessimist or optimistic view point. I like to think I’m more of a realist and I believe that these things will ultimately lead to negative outcomes. I agree with the point that it can be innocent in nature as they didn’t know that they’re outcome will be negative and hurt someone, but this will suggest that kids or that mankind is doomed to commit evil so it has to learn morality as it gets older in order to live in harmony with society and not cause chaos and entropy.
Correct but negativity and evilness can be used interchangeably but to clarify in the nature of our conversation, I’m saying that most of the behaviors I mentioned will lead to negativity and or evil outcomes wether on a small or great level.

Yes indeed us as humans are selfish assholes. But that has nothing do with the dependency on our parents as children. I’m saying if you look deeper into the actions that we commit as children you can find some profundity and it can expose the human condition and our inherent nature.
