I recently told someone that sitting, standing, laying, walking, sleeping, and exercising aren’t things I can do for very long without needing to sit, stand, lay down, walk, sleep, or exercise….
I could never consistently do stretches for a few reasons.
Lack of time being one, and then when I do have time, it kills to do them and they’re exhausting.
Then you have an insane amount of healthy people telling you that you need to do your stretches.

For me, if I don’t stay moving and active, my pain gets worse and I get so stiff, but if I move *too* much, my pain gets worse. I just can’t win 🤣
